I normally give 5 stars for this location but today Ashley at the print center was really nasty. I get documents printed every Sunday. These docs need to be resized. I emailed the docs in and went to the counter. Mind you I was the only person in the at this time. She was very Condescending and rude. Did I say I get these done every week all across the US and manger had an issue. Therefore STAPLES, i gutted I will be going to FEDEX OR somewhere else.

I was pleasantly surprised at the Oxon Hill Staples when an associate saw me trying to figure out which printer ink cartridge I need and came to my aid. He pointed me in the right item. He gets five stars but the store only 4 because the check out process was a little slow. Maybe it was the after lunch time rush.

The fact that there’s always only one person here every Friday. A FRIDAY when it’s extremely busy (COMMON SENSE). I come every Friday to get things printed and it’s this one gentlemen I believe his name is Julian and he’s always by himsself. He does an amazing job kudos to him. HOWEVER FOR THE MANAGER WHO MAKES THE SCHEDULE PLEASE DO BETTER. The manager can’t even handle when customers come on a week day when it’s multiple workers. Why would you want someone to go through this every damn Friday. He literally stays professional and calm the whole time however as a business owner you can see he’s frustrated however will still do his job. Thank you Julian however for management DO BETTER !

Gregory was the absolute worst assistant manager I have ever come across in my entire existing of life. He was very hostile he was so angry talking to me today that he was shaking while speaking and all I came in to get was a toner cartridge for my supervisor for our office printer. Asked him for corporate number and he gave me a 1-800 customer service number that I'm sure he knew we wouldn't be able to get through to anyone on. The assistant manager at my job had to do her own research just to get a operating number for Staples corporate office. Had to go through two corporate representatives as well as a corporate president just to get the cartridge package released. We have never had this problem retrieving a package at Staples before my manager never goes to get the packages she gives me the receipt or she'll give someone else the receipts to go and retrieve things for her on her behalf and we've never had a problem until today Gregory didn't even want to look at my receipt. Very rude very unwelcoming very unprofessional he got offended because we asked to speak to a manager instead of the assistant because he was being very nasty, difficult, an unaccommodating, he started shaking and aggressively stating how he was the assistant manager I told him that was completely fine but who's over top of him and he said the manager wasn't there he gave us an extremely hard time today and I've never known Staples to have bad business. Gregory definitely needs some more training or sometime at home to think things through. He is too large to be getting aggressive with anyone especially a FEMALE

I recently went to purchase an office chair. Immediately, the associate tried to sell me other items I was not interested in. He offered to put the chair together but didn't tell me about the setup fee. I knew about it because I read it online. Once I asked, he confirmed the fee. He takes the chair as if we can just wait a few minutes while he assembles it. Another associate had to tell us that it could take two hours. We were waiting and the salesman never said it would take that long. The associate goes in the back to find him and he comes out and asks us if we've paid for the chair he took into the back with him! How could we have paid?? This man comes out front with the chair still in the box. A bit of communication would have taken care of everything. He tells me the chair may be ready later that day but definitely the next day. People, it's 3 days later and no one has called to have me pick up the chair. Ask questions if you go to the Oxon Hill location.

Staples store is a good place to shop at for things that you need in the store very nice and clean. Cashiers are very helpful and nice and respectful they walk you to whatever items that you're looking for. They don't have you wait a long time for assisting you in whatever you may need help for I will be shopping at Staples again.
