I was waiting on my package. The Mail carrier claim my package was delivered on 06/20 and put the package in my mail box when I check nothing was in my box. My tracking # 9500 1103 3142 5184 9571 16 addresss 3022 brinkley road Temple hills md 20748 this is not the first time this happen and when I asked my neighbor if anything was accidentally put in their box I get attitude. Could someone check and see if my package was return to the post office because I pay too much money for was was in my package for the carrier not to look carefully on the address Appreciate your time thank you

If I could give no stars I would. How are there 3 staff at the front on the computers, but only one of them is taking customers. SN: the one taking customers is on her headphones talking to a person about sensitive personal business. It’s 11:30am; I bought a money order that I can’t use since my new landlord doesn’t take money orders; so I just want the cash it; the closest credit union for me is a ways away. I was told “It’s too early to bring that in here, there’s no way I can cash that. Like how could I cash that?!” Hollers out to the other two “Can y’all cash $1000 money order? Nope. You gonna have to try another place.” How is this even a thing? Issue money orders that can only be cashed a bank or a post office and then that comes with an asterisk. Which that’s fine but there’s no care for the customer; just show up and get to the end of your shift, right? Horrible customer service.

They always mess up my delivery. Today, the tracking says that somebody picked up my package at Oxon Hill. I NEVER PICKED ANYTHING UP. Do something about this. You always mess up

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Piss poor customer service along with not scanning your packages as soon as you drop them off. My packages have been sitting in “label created” for DAYS at this point. When you ask about it, they act like there’s nothing they can do. The worst post office I’ve ever been to in my entire life

Horrible customer service, sometimes there are 20 people in line and only one cashier, it's ridiculous, it has taken me up to 1 hour just to send a package, they are rude and never give adequate information.

For years now there's a turnover at this post office, and the mailmen keep on misplacing the mail left and right at the Brookside Condominiums off of Indian Highway 210! I just now noticed someone's mail on the ground right by the trash dumpster! I have never complained yet, and kept my mouth shut for 8 years now, but enough is enough. I even observed the mailman NOT being in a uniform, and was really in a hurry to get rid of the mail, without discriminating where he misplaced the envelopes! YOU HAVE ONE JOB TO DO!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been waiting on a child support check from February. Never received. Now my son should have received a credit card Saturday and again NOTHING. I have noticed the mail for my building is horrible, whoever the courier is SUCKS!!....

Received my new credit card in the mail open. It lookedl like it got wet from steam from someone trying to open. All my other mail not open or wet looking. So ridiculous. Who ever did it probably got the number and waiting for me to activate it so they can steal off it.

So slow and sucks I’m waiting on priority mail to be sent and don’t have long to wait for it, so if they send it while I’m no longer at my location that screws me over, and the tracking says it’s been at the post office for 3 going on 4 days after saying I should get it by the end of the day multiple days with no actual progress being shown
