If I could rate this place with zero stars I would! I took four Michele watches to Watch Station for battery service and all four watches were returned with the wrong batteries and broken. The sales associate damages two watch gaskets, lost several links on one (and placedIt back in the box), weakened the bezel and scratched the face on another.I’m in the process of having my watches repaired and so far, I’ve spent close to $250 and I still have to replace the band on one. Clearly, it wasn’t worth the $10 battery replacement that’s advertised.This store might sell designer watch but the associates aren’t skilled enough to complete a simple battery replacement. Do yourself a favor and take your items to an actual watch repair shop.

Soo bad service… Yesterday we went to purchase watch . I’ve even purchased couple of watches and came back to get another watch the lady in the store was looking at me and was making weird noises and was making a bad face I don’t know why she was acting weird . I felt very bad , if you don’t want to work and don’t have the patience to work with customers and help customers then don’t work. I felt very bad . Very bad service, i felt humiliated and thinking i will never ever visit the store .

All they are missing is Invicta watches. I go for the Diesel watches; add Invicta and I would be a weekly visitor.The one issue I have is that they charge an extra $6 for a Diesel watch box. There generic box is free. That to me is ridiculous.

Watchstation of National Harbor Tanger Outlets, has an array of my analog or smartwatches, considering your taste in design, I'd say options are offered for any contemporary to chic styles. From A|X to Diesel and Puma to Fossil, their collection would suffice any watch enthusiast.They also repair, provide adjustments and may even replace a defective component. Because most smartwatches advance in design and added features yearly, you can either scale back to a cheaper and not so heavy on the features watch (gen3) or go ahead with the Gen5 with the added bonus of a built-in speaker. The prices do vary so, unless your gifting or buying a simple watch for mere convenience, you'd have enough to to choose from.Brownie Points for Ayesha, who was very well verse in the knowledge of company's polices, exchanges programs and knowing exactly the finer points of watch craftsmanship. She was very personable and polite. Because I seldomly wear watches, Id think that'd change now after visiting this store.

Ieshia at Watch Station, always give us a great welcome and goes above and beyond..have to say she makes sure we’re finding everything ok and have suggestions that makes it life so much easier to shop..looking for a great watches and customer service you should say hi to Ieshia at Tanger..TY and I’ll be back..

Today I experienced some of the worst customer service I have had in my life. I placed an order online yesterday, as the website stated that the order would arrive by 5pm on Friday 01/22. The item is a gift that I needed no later than that date. When I didn't get an update today I attempted to get the order status via their online website. When I got an error message I got concerned and called customer service. To explain that I am leaving town until mid Feb on Saturday, so I need to make sure the order will be here on Friday as stated on the site. The rep John stated that it still hasn't been fulfilled and if they would ship from a store which would add a week. I re-explained that didn't work for me and that isn't what the website stated. He repeated himself and then hung up on me. I called back and got Linda, I promptly requested a manager due to my experience with John. She explained that she couldn't get a manager until I told her my issue; so I explained. She then had the audacity to ask me if I had a screenshot of the website stating the 1/22 date. I was appalled because apparently now customers are supposed to screenshot advertising, promotions, etc. in order for them to follow through! I demanded a manager as Linda proceeded to explain they have 3-5 days to process orders. Well how does that make sense with what the website said -- it doesn't! She then proceeds to tell me that there isn't a manager available. I stated that I would hold until one is... fast forward 30 mins later I have now drove from my house in DC to the store at the National Harbor (They didn't have the watch in stock that I ordered online). At the store LaToya was very friendly and understood my concern but couldn't assist as I ordered online. While I waited on Linda to return with a manager, that never happened.. I then requested to cancel my order. She explained they don't cancel orders?! What?? That I would have to get it delivered and return it. I re-explained that after Friday I won't be at home! What happens when it gets delivered then damaged or stolen before I get back in February... then I'm on the hook for a product that I never received! She stated that I had a point and would again attempt to reach a manager... fast forward another 30 mins. STILL no manager nor a cancelled order and refund! Linda provided me a reference number for our call and stated that all managers are gone for the day and one will contact me tomorrow via email to let me know if they can cancel my order or not! So ultimately I still don't know if my order will be cancelled and my money returned. I have spent well over an hour dealing with this absurd customer service. I will never order from the company again and I will make sure everyone I can share this with knows about their poor customer service, and horrendous business practices! P.S. - LaToya at the National Harbor store has great customer service! This review is not a reflection of her but of the online ordering, customer service and company as a whole.

Extremely poor customer service. Very poor technical expertise to at least do basic resize or do band replacement. I would not recommend this place
