09/30/2023 I arrived 10 minutes before they closed only to find 5 other customers outside waiting because the branch claims they closed early due to system being down. About 5 customers came out over the next 20 minutes saying that the system is not down, they just stopped taking customers 15 minutes before they closed to go home early. We asked the security guard for the manager, and he said the manager would come out to speak with us. 10 minutes later, the security guard came back out and said the manager told him we could call customer service and complain if we want. The man who was the supervisor or manager was sitting at a desk inside helping a customer. The security guard told me that is not the manager, but I know he is because I have been at this branch before. I kindly and calmly asked the security guard for a business card of the manager and he closed the door before I was even finished my sentence and walked inside as if we were annoying him. The manager never came out to see the 5 customers outside that waited 15-20 minutes, and the security guard was extremely rude to all of us. I will be closing my account completely and taking my money and business elsewhere. I will NEVER do business with Wells Fargo again due to this poor treatment from the bank manager and the security guard. I have the contact number for 2 other customers that waited outside and experienced the same thing I did. We will take our concerns to the BBB, Yelp, YouTube, and everywhere else to speak about this branch.

The line takes awhile. These days, their drive-thru is always closed so you have to go inside. However, clients are told to wait outside under the scourging heat of the sun this summer. Don't they know that there is such a medical condition as heat exhaustion and heat stroke when exposed directly under the sun? But apparently, the management and staff don't care. Fortunately, no one suffered at that time but what if it was my elderly dad who waited outside? Will the bank staff wait for something bad to happen? I get it, they don't want congestion but the line inside isn't even long -- just four clients when I got in. And, there were only six staff (including the security guard and manager) who are all inside with the AC on while their clients had to wait for their turn outside the bank with the temperature of 82 degrees. When you get in, there's not even an offer for cold water to drink or anything to cool you down. A good morning greeting isn't enough to alleviate one from the heat outside. When I got in, there's only one teller for four customers and when the line got shorter, that's when the second window was opened. Seriously? When it was my turn, the teller asked how am I so I sarcastically told her, "Oh, it's not that bad. I just waited outside with 80+ degrees". The manager sensed that I was disappointed and tried to check in with me while doing my transaction with the teller. He greeted me with his pretentious smile so I just looked at him and told him, "Try waiting outside with that suit". He left before I could even end my sentence. In short, poor customer service.

I run out of words to express my frustration this location most of the time is close inside and only drive-thru is open and on top of that the clerk is the slowest person ever, no urge to take care the customers, is this a good business ?? Clearly is not, it won't change I know but at least won't keep this inside me

I love this ATM. It's very easy to use and they keep not only their software updated, but they update the hardware too to ensure that the Customer Interactive and Transaction Experience is always done within a 100% Secure and Interactive Electronic Platform.

They don't answer the phone and costumer service is minimal. Makes you feel like it's a privilege to bank with them. If you need good service visit the Old Town Alexandria branch.

This bank is full of uneducated stuff they just turning me away and it looks like they're missing a quarter million $$$ account. Wells Fargo need to send all employees especially the black woman who works in front "assisting" customers including the so called armed security.

This particular branch seems to move slower than most. Mostly all of the tellers I've encountered have a serious attitude problem. It's unfortunate that a branch could continue to run with such subpar employees. I wish they would spend some time training their employees about "Guest Service." It pains me to say that I was a Wells Fargo employee at one point in my career. What a shame. After 20 minutes waiting for a personal banker, I told him I'd like to transfer $5,000 from my savings to my checking account. He said the limit online was $2,500. Hmmm, no. 3 seconds later I did the transfer from my phone to which he said, "oh." I then went on to try and contribute to my IRA, and explained that I had spoken with an advisor on the phone and he instructed me to sign an authorization form. The bankers response was, "oh I've never done this before." What!? You work at a BANK! If you don't know what your doing, get a supervisor. This is ridiculous. I've now been at this branch from almost an hour for what should have taken 5 minutes max. Never, and I do mean never, go this branch unless it's absolutely necessary. What a waste of time.

I don't like Hells Fargo. I especially don't like THIS Hells Fargo, because it always takes ages to get sorted here, whether inside or drive-through. In a way I realize I am being a bit harsh because many of the customers I have endured while in the place take F-O-R-E-V-E-R to conduct their business, especially simple withdrawls. But the staff don't seem to help anything be done expeditiously. They chat and laugh and dander about - fair enough to liven their workplace environment - but for feck's sake I just want to get in and out at each stop. They've yet to at least give me attitude or "oops" moments where they bugger-up my account - but I put this down mainly to my seldom having to manage my account at a branch - thank you Internet banking!
