**UPDATE: I have emailed the customer service address and have gotten no response in the meantime still nothing but poor service the young man running the register the taller one that has longer hair I don't know a name but it's not the young kid who has I've had no issues with twice I have given this cashier cash to put on the pump waited and waited nothing on the pump I go back in the cashier tells me that my refund went back to my card??? I paid cash? It's taken me 20 minutes to just get 20 dollars worth of gas on multiple occasions I've never experienced this much difficulty at any other station

I have had multiple experiences at this store that have left me greatly dissatisfied one instance is the inconsistent pricing there have been 3 times I've been charged more for an item at the register than what is displayed on the shelf and then there was an instance that I wanted to place an order for food the woman working was on the phone for 8 minutes while I stood and waited to place my order while she spoke to what sounded like some store manager telling her what to do... that was all well and good but after waiting through the entirety of this phone call some woman walked up cut in front of me and when the employee hung up the phone she took this woman's order instead of mine then not only took her order instead of mine but completely ignored me for another 2 minutes while she put together this person's order who had cut in front of me I have a 30 minute break for lunch and it took me 15 minutes of it just to place an order because service here is so terrible I barely had time to eat my lunch before I had to get back to work needless to say I was very unhappy with the service the cashiers are fine but they have no way to honor the prices on the shelf

I've been in several times everyone is always friendly. I've grabbed so prepared hot food and it's been pretty good. I picked up a menu today so I can order ahead. In overall happy with my experience and plan to keep coming.

Charging 16 cent for credit is gauging the American people. They are only charged 6 cents. They should be shamed.

I have to explain to you how I felt when I came into your store. The women at the counter that serve the food were a delight. I’m not done, but unfortunately, the food was pre-cooked probably hours prior to me buying what I purchased at lunchtime. I not only got old food, but it was cold Now again, the service from the two young ladies was fantastic. Very helpful. Now let’s talk about the register young lady that gave me my receipt. Her name is not on the order, but I will say unfortunately she has to be one of the rudest people I’ve ever met , she was basically screaming at me when I asked her if I could get a bag and promptly told me they’re not free they’re five cents not a big deal. She basically threw my change at me. Rudely handed me my receipt and was rolling her eyes the whole time I was at the register it left such a bad taste in my mouth not only the food, but this young lady is what prompted me to write this complaint. I hope you guys could get rid of that lady at the front desk, she is causing you a lot of business believe me , unfortunately small things matter and she is a complete negative asset to your company. She was just so nasty. I can’t explain it any other way. She clearly doesn’t mind being disgustingly rude to your customers who come in there. I’m quite sure I’m not the only person who feels that way.

The morning counter girl is probably the rudest person i've ever dealt with. Got yelled at for trying to get fuel at 5:08, store opens at 5am. Clerk told me my phone time was wrong....

This place is ridiculous. they say your food will be ready in 10 minutes and you get there in 20 just to be safe, and now I’m still standing in the store 15 minutes later. I don’t even know how they stay in business.

Witnessed 4 ft length of receipts being thrown out by cashier in only a couple of minutes, equivalent to almost a half-mile of paper per day. This waste means both increased costs (passed on to customers), and also excessive environmental degradation.

Ordered food 20 minutes ahead of time and they didn't make it. They also lie to customers and say they don't have WiFi because it's not available. Awful customer service. Hopefully they go out of business so we can get a locally owned place with good food again. I live 60 seconds away and will drive anywhere else.

It used to be Wally country store but now it’s High’s. This place still has good food but no breakfast sandwichs. Overall 8/10

A local long-standing country store in the middle of nowhere, it is honestly most appreciated for its convenience. I suppose I only give it four stars because they certainly take some advantage of that convenience with pretty high prices. That said, from a grill and greasy spoon perspective, we have always loved the pizza and the cheesesteak subs and the Italian cold cut. The food is pretty consistent year in and year outThey have most of the necessities from medicines to food and drink, to gasoline. Definitely a help when family or friends come in and out of town and the big chain stores are 15 minutes away.
