I love the ladies here. Super helpful and pleasant. I think some of the reviews confused this location with Monkton location.

This Post Office is a JOKE... The best thing that can happen is Elon and the DOGE crew come in and clean house of the useless management. The Post Master is only in place because they were terrible at being a carrier

Most of the staff in the office since 2016 is condescending and could care less if you have an issue or not. Pre covid we had a great delivery person , now it's horrible. They won't come up to the house to leave a package so they leave it by the mailbox on the road which is about 600 ft away and not visible. Packages have been left in the rain, missing. And the classic is leaving the note that I have to come to the post office to pick up a piece of insured mail , when I was in fact home, they were just to lazy to drive up the driveway. Then I leave the signed permission for them to leave it in the mailbox and never receive it. It doesn't take much to do your job right , you just have to care, which is clearly lacking at this post office. Tammy at least tried to help me.

Dropped off a prepaid package worth $180. Was told to put it in the bulk bin in the post office. 2 weeks later and it hasn't been scanned in. So, I'm clearly out $180.

Constantly missing mail and getting the wrong mail, including certified court documents. Additionally,my house is on a dead end road with no posted speed limit.there are only 6 houses on this road and i happen to live in the second house from the end.THERE IS NO REASON TO DO 40 -50 MPH PAST MY HOUSE!!!!its literally 100 feet till the end of the road, she only ever slows down when she actually brings me my mail every 2-3 days.

Not sure if the workers don’t feel like doing anything or what the issue is. I paid extra to have an item overnight shipped which would require a signature at delivery. I subscribed to text notifications so I knew when the letter was on the way. I got a notification saying it was received at the post office closest to me and would be delivered by 3pm. I changed my work schedule so I could be here to sign. My mailbox is at the top of my street and my home is further down in the circle- (single family homes) so I could not hear the mail truck, but I could most definitely hear my doorbell when they came. Around 12:30pm I get a text notification saying nobody was home and I have to reschedule delivery for tomorrow. Upon checking my mailbox I seen the orange slip saying I was not home and it was ready for pick up “NOW” at my closest post office. But I was home, and nobody ever knocked. I then left my house to head to the post office because I obviously needed the letter today, and I see the mail lady right up the street at a neighbors house- I stopped her and asked if she had the letter so I didn’t have to drive there and she said oh no I don’t have anything. Which is confusing because she JUST delivered my mail so how does she not have it unless they are just lazy and don’t feel like knocking and she just threw that notice in there and didn’t even have the letter with her at all. She said “Renee delivered that for me earlier” I could tell she was lying. So I had to drive up and pick the letter up which I don’t mind but I paid extra to have it shipped overnight to me and they totally lied, never knocked on my door and were completely lazy. I also tried calling to make sure the letter was there before I drove up there and was on hold for 29 minutes before I hung up. The gentleman at the post office was nice but the people delivering are completely lazy and lack respect. Other reviews say something similar to this so somebody needs to do something to fix this issue, I don’t even trust having things delivered anymore.

I have never been so disappointed with the USPS. The General Manager is not knowledgable as to USPS Guidelines. The same manager took 10 minutes to find contact information for his Direct Line Supervisor. When I asked how I could reach the District Supervisor, I was told to reach out to "a Congressman". This location is a detriment to the entire USPS.

They regularly lie about attempted deliveries and their phones are always busy. Even when they aren't the people there rarely answer. A bunch of lazy, extremely unprofessional people who are also deceitful to boot. To cap it all off they also close well before they are supposed to do so constantly.
