Great Chinese Food! Have been ordering food from here since 1985. Always prepared fresh & hot. Always pleasant on the phone. They know us by our 1st name. Order is always accurate. They always include my extra soy sauce. Hungry? Grab some food from here. You'll be satisfied!!??

They would not accept my used oil, they said their container "was already full". It should not be this hard to recycle used oil, they have no problem selling it.

DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXPEDITED/NEXT DAY SHIPPING!!!! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE!!!!! Purchased $8 expedited next day shipping for a part that I needed. The parts didn't arrive until the day AFTER the expected delivery date. I asked the manager to refund my shipping cost, and there was no way to do it because the shipping cost is included with the cost of the parts! It's very ironic that it would not be a separate charge, right!? the twist is that in order to get my $8 back, I would have had to return and repurchase the parts minus the shipping. That would not have been an issue if the parts weren't almost $200 by itself! DO NOT PURCHASE THE EXPEDITED/NEXT DAY SHIPPING!!!! YOU WILL LOOSE YOUR MONEY FOR SURE!!!!! I reached out to the district manager and have not received a call back yet. It's the principle for me! I feel ROBBED! How do you account for money for a service that you did not honestly render?! I would have returned the purchase altogether, but it was something that I really needed for my car that no other auto parts store carried.UPDATE: Autozone made me more than whole! I got my refund (plus) an additional $12 bucks for the inconvenience! The DM called me personally to apologize, and the email response time was impeccable! Thank you!

Wasn't really thrilled with my experience here. Ordered a replacement rear view mirror, took about a week to get in, said they would call in the park came in, no one ever called. Ended up finally getting a hold of somebody two days after the part came in, they said the part was there. Go to the store, it's the wrong part. They need to order a new one, but this one would be there the next day. The same part costs $40 dollars more somehow now, as well. Go to get the new part the next day, associate Michael (who is already clearly in a mood) can't find the part. Searches for it, turns out the part was sitting on the counter the whole time. Curses under his breath that other associates didn't enter it properly in an inventory. Part ends up costing $50 more after the return, plus I have to pay a shipping charge twice for a part that wasn't ordered correctly. I mean, it doesn't take much to believe I could have a vastly better experience at a different parts store.

Not sure how this location has more than 1 star after yesterday's experience. Will be calling and filing complaints with corporate office and district manager. Extremely rude employee who kept us waiting for service while chatting with a friend outside and we were the only ones in the store then was very disrespectful to someone i had authorized and given receipt to pick up my part for me. Absolutely disgraceful. Wouldnt even give her name. Dont go to this store. I had to give it 1 star to get this posted or else it would have been 0.

I waited in line, and when it was my turn, I asked the woman if she can help me make sure I purchase the right battery for my car. She laughed and told me to step out of line and Google it. I stepped out of line, and then the man behind me asked for the same exact thing. She looked up the battery in the system and retrieved it for him. I walked out.

My first time visited this location, I asked one of the male employee to help check if my battery needs a replacement, instead, him and the other female employee started laughing, I was upset and I figured out that my accent might be the reason for the laugh. Then I asked him again the same question and he said he could not understand what I was saying at first. He checked the battery and said it's at 0% which I agree and bought another one. Unfortunately the battery is not the problem but I kept the battery because we are heading to the winter and I might eventually need another. Second time I went for a part, the same lady attended to me asked me what did I want which I told her what I want but instead showing me another thing. I told her I know what I want, she got upset and left the counter. That ended my business with them and moved to the other location at loch raven. Those seem to be professional.
