My occupational and physical therapy were very encouraging. My physical therapist pushed me to do things I didn't believe I could do and I really appreciate them for that!. I started improving in areas I didn't believe I would. The two of them were the most pleasant people to work with. Thanks you team!

The staff that were with the dementia patients were very professional and caring toward the patients. The facility was clean and didn’t smell.

Autumn Lake has been a very pleasurable place for rehab and a lot of the staff here are very helpful and nice.
