“I've had to come here several times in the past two months to deal with things in person because I couldn't figure out how to do them online. (Turns out, some things can't be done online.) So I was feeling a little intimidated because of that but the two gentlemen I dealt with were helpful and didn't make me feel bad about not being able to figure it out.
