Had a Viofo A139 Pro dash cam (3 channel) and hard wire kit installed. Works flawlessly, and I didn't have to risk damaging my vehicle with a DIY science experiment. Staff is really friendly, knowledgeable and professional and just all around a pleasure to coordinate the install with. The shop is really cool and you can tell they have a lot going on here and are masters at their craft. I'll probably return to check out their other stuff in the store or to have car play retrofitted in a family member's older car.

Stay far away! Notice how only 5 star reviews get a comment from the owner.If a person is unhappy there is no follow up by the owner to resolve the situation.I was an unhappy customer. I've never witnessed such incompetence hooking up a new stereo and speakers.It is a miracle my car did not catch fire.I had go back to them five times to get it right, and it died 2 years later.When I had the system troubleshooted after it went caput the other reputable business I took it too had a list of over 20 bad installation screw ups Poptronics did. The worst was not bolting in the passengers seat correctly by leaving out 2 bolts, and making it look like they were there.They said it was a miracle my car did not catch fire!!!

Had to replace my stereo and amp due to a mistake that I had made. Spent a little more than what I was expecting, but definitely worth it. Extremely professional and hard working group. They have amazing products in store and have a lot of knowledge about it. If you are planning on replacing your speakers or just want to add a little more I definitely recommend Poptronics!

This place is also the home of House of FoamWe took our sofa cushions there to be re- done. They did a fantastic job. I feel like I'm sitting on a new sofa.

As seen below, Andrew reached out & corrected a big problem i had in the store. This company has been nothing short of a blessing to my cars for the last 10+ years. They have ton of items that others store in the state won't even have. Thank you guys for always making the shopping experience a pleasure.

I have never had a worse experience with a shop before. They have been very unprofessional and provide low quality work. They caused issues to my vehicle resulting in my truck to not start. They then said they would not send a tech out to take a look and that I had to pay for a tow to have them look to another company - do yourself a favor and go there.
