Very clean very nice staff She was very nice with a pleasant attitude I was in and out with no issues if I had to give a critique I would say please get a sign to let people know you're inside the market because other than that I would have no way to know that If I didn't just happen to randomly walk inside the market and go looking around But other than that no complaints literally took me no more than 2 minutes in that place from signing up giving my sample and walking out

Very easy to schedule on-line! Easy access to Quest Lab! The Tech, Tabitha(?) was SO friendly! I highly recommend Quest!

The phlebotomist at Safeway (1880)
Was awesome.
She needs to be recognized and rewarded. She found the missing lab orders and saved us a THIRD trip for blood work. And .it didn't hurt!

I scheduled an appointment online. Was very pleased with how easy it is to do so and the appointments available. When I arrived at my appointment I had received a text with a link to click to check in. My name was called very shortly thereafter. The Safeway Quest Diagnostics location is very convenient for me and I have appreciated the ease of scheduling online and how quickly I am seen once I arrive.

Completely incompetent management that doesn't know how to establish scheduling to ensure that it's blocked up when they're not open.
Also, when you enter on the left there's a sign that says check in here, where the kiosk to actually check in is about 15 ft away over on the right.
It's clear that nobody within the organization that works at this location actually gives a damn. I'd give them 0/5 if I could.

I was forced to use quest by my employer to get a drug test done for employment. I went to this location because it was close to my home. I made an appointment as they suggested and received a confirmation email. I get to the center and the bathroom was out of order so I was not able to get the test done. I was not called or emailed to be informed of the issue. I was advised to go to another location. The employee didn't offer to call the other location to see if they were able to complete my test. I then had to use this location again and I also made an appointment, I arrive and I'm told that they are having issues with passwords so they can't get into the system. I was provided another location but the employee did not call the other location to see if I can get my test done. I drive to the other location just to be told that they are not doing the test I need. Both of these instances were about 3 months apart. If I would have be informed of the issues before my appointment I would have been fine and able to make other arrangements at different locations. I also tried to call the original location however the phone number provided is to an automated system and would not and did not have the option to get transferred to a live person weather it at the location or in the corporate office or call center. Once I did find locations that could complete my test the process was smooth and fairly quick.

I selected the option to wait outside after checking in, and after being texted, walked back to the waiting room and waited. After waiting for approximately 30 minutes, an employee was shocked to find me waiting there, as she had assumed I had simply not showed up at all, despite having been there to check in. Since she had removed my appointment from the system, she had to put everything back in again (thankfully I had a paper copy of everything). She was eating an apple during this, and did not wash her hands afterwards before taking my blood; at least she did wear gloves, even if she grabbed one too many and shoved it back in the box.

I have had 2 appointments both times the tech was totally unprofessional. 1st visit she passed me at the door and processed to go to Starbucks and get her coffee gone for 15 minutes. She then told me I hadn't been there in a year. I get my blood tested every 4 weeks. She didn't bother to even look anything up. I then went the next day sat for 15 more minutes after the patient before me left, with the door shut you could hear her say something, she opens the door and said "I was calling you". Really "I said , couldn't hear thru a closed door ". Once again she stated no orders were there. I spoke to my Dr who stated she faxed the orders over 2 times. She didn't even take the time to look at the pile of faxes sitting there. She is totally a waste of professionalism.

Location is great, staff very pleasant but My doctor received the wrong tests and I have to go back there and make sure I do not get charged for it and performed again… very annoying ; I am not sure how you can get a lab order wrong or…. It was done on purpose ?! I will wait for the bill to decide….

The young lady was very professional and nice. Location was clean and not busy at all. Definitely going to this location from now on.
