This Royal Farms has really declined in the past 5 years (Covid). My family and I have lived in this community for the past 10 years and we used to enjoy coming to this location but now I loathe walking in this establishment. It's utterly disgusting. From the floors, registers, counters, carpets, freezers, coolers, isles, and every visible crack and crevice is just filthy. Definitely shouldn't be allowed to prepare or serve food at this location. Management needs to do better.

I came here 2 times and both times the staff is rude the manager should be fired cuz shes just as rude i wanted them to ring up my stuff and they pointed at the self checkout nope i dont use self checkout i want customer service i dont work at Royal Farms they do

Price paid at the cashier about 23% higher then sticker. When mentioned cashier just shrugs her shoulders as non-chalant as one can be to the tune of not giving a rat's behind.

While helping another person getting their food, I was told my food would be a while because the kitchen person wasn't there. But you are getting food for the person in front of me???? WTH??

So I brought a medium size cup of ice because I needed to cool off! I ate the whole cup of just plain ice… No lie, An hour later I begin to have a sore throat.. That turned into a viral infection.. So that tells me they don’t clean their machines good enough smdh

I ordered 24 PC fried chicken, family western fries and biscuits today for our Father's Day dinner. It was fresh from the fryer. We only had to wait about 5 minutes for our order. Friendly staff. We definitely had a great experience. Delicious!

The entire staffs needs to be trained (not re-trained because they obviously haven’t been train from the start). Customer service must be their last priority, including the manager who watches all the madness and disgruntled customers. I’ve witnessed it many times. It’s a shame that this store is so convenient to many of us but we get treated like garbage. Basically have to beg for help and god forbid you catch an employee on one of their “bad days”. Everyone seems to not like their jobs so maybe royal farms can make there wishes come true and get people who want to work there. I don’t like working 40+ a week but I’d never take it out on the customer. I’m one bad visit away from never returning.

I'm here frequently and never had any issues. The staff is friendly and i always see the counters being wiped and cleaned. I will continue to make this my daily stop.

This is the worst Royal Farms location I’ve ever been to. They don’t even have a public restroom and their grill or cook area does not have a full array of normal royal Farms things. Personally, I would avoid this one.
