Don’t Understand why you pay homeowners insurance but when you need it they charge you a crazy amount for deductible !

I have had my condo, home, and life insurance with Karen for over a decade and wouldn’t have it any other way. I receive excellent service any time I have to make an update to my policies and it’s so nice to have an actual agent I can call or go see during times when everything else is done online or through a call center. This is an old fashioned small business that has supported the Parkville community for decades and become a landmark.

She is a very poor example of a insurance agent .No communication or customer service skills. Ignorant with very little education. This is not a personal attack against her. This is what you get if you ever have a problem with your policy or any other products. I know the State Farm has a great reputation in Maryland . Please remove this woman from the Parkville area.
