My overall experience for a UHAUL reservation was amazing. This was me and my husband first move, together. I was so stressed during the process but they made it so worth it. The UHAUL reps continued to follow up with me, and ensure that it was a smooth process.
When we arrived to the Sunoco Gas station to pick up the truck we were greeted by two men who got us squared away and finished the reservation process. The app was confusing so he processed everything himself on his end. The ensured that we were all set, showed us where to pick up the furniture pads, dolly etc. He was the best! Thank you so much for everything!

Hates women! Told us I had to hand him my ID instead of placing it on the counter and that I didn’t know how to rent a Uhaul cause i was female. TERRIBLE PLACE!

Rented a Uhaul truck and they weren’t open at 7a as scheduled for my pickup. Delayed my whole day and cost me money. Very disappointed!!

This gas station provides the best customer service, professionalism and gas prices. The staff is very warm/helpful with any inquiries and provide the best experience! The owner is fantastic and has hired the right people for this job.This is my favorite gas ⛽️ station and they earned a customer for life.
