The 7 eleven is clean and organized but the customer service is by far the worst I have experienced at any 7 eleven. The girl at the register has an attitude that makes you not want to come back. I have came here multiple times but tired of dealing with her rude demeanor at the register.

This is one of those if I could give negative Stars I would. I've tried to give this establishment chance after chance after chance. They steal money from you they overcharge you. I don't want to call the our card and say he's racist but there comes a point when there's no other exclamation. The final straw for me is when I went in there and I had to split payment between two cards which in 2022 everybody can do they've done for me before but he said I had to pay the other half in cash and what he does I believe is pocket the money. Multiple people in Severna Park have told me that they believe the same. If there's a 7-Eleven internal affairs they need to keep an eye on this place no seriously all jokes aside this guy just doesn't like white Americans I guess. Which I'm not racist and I think any racial issues are completely intolerable and if his culture of India has experienced any racism from white Americans I am sorry for that but that doesn't mean he needs to take it out on everybody else.

I took an early detour to this establishment on my way to work and was greeted by a gentleman who's name is Sagar. Nothing but top tier vibes/customer service as he went out of his way to make sure I left with the honey chicken bites that I initially stepped in there for but at the time, were not prepared. S/o to you for making that happen rather saying "we're all out." Luv

This is the most Beautiful 7-Eleven I’ve ever been in! I am From out of town and I stumbled across your Location and just had to pop in to check it out before heading back home. The Impeccable Customer service I received From John, I’ve Never felt going into any 7-Eleven Everrrr! I will definitely be back to stop in next week when I’m back in town!!! The Fresh Baked Cookies at this Location were Delicious and would be EVEN More Amazing If they were served Warm! ;) Thanks again
