Dropped our vehicle off on Saturday January 21st after talking with Jason , never heard from Jason or anyone else from Pasadena Auto Clinic . Found out on Tuesday after talking with Adrianne that Jason was involved with an auto accident in my car at 5 in the morning Monday ... I had to go pick up my disabled vehicle from a tow yard in Brooklyn Md ... needless to say criminal charges are in the works with a court date set and nobody from Pasadena Auto Clinic has been in touch to cover the over $8600.00 in damage done to my car

Most honest, hardworking, 24/7 auto business in the area. The owner was very honest about the work needed, and has even worked with my financial situation several times. He has even worked into the night past normal business hours so that I would not be without a car the next day for work, saving me from not losing my employment! Awesome service! Very professional, honest, reliable and hard working business

I'm hoping this post will spare someone the pain and frustration I've endured for what will be four weeks by the time all is said and done. Under NO circumstances use A&Z Auto Repair for anything. They are complete crooks.I took my car in because it was missing and shaking bad. I signed what I thought was an authorization to diagnose the problems. The owner, Haroon, called me back to tell me my work was done and what it would cost. I told him I hadn't even been notified what the price would be. He told me it would be $450 out of my pocket for the tune-up, front rotors and pads, and a tire rotation, and he billed the rest to my extended warranty company.Well, to make a long story short, Haroon billed the warranty company $1200, and I had paid him $150. My car still was missing and still shook. I took it to Patriot Auto which is run by a friend of a friend. Turns out A&Z only put new rotors and pads on. Absolutely no tune-up work or rotation was done that I was billed for, and no front end alignment nor parts replacement was done which he billed the warranty company for.The warranty company is suing him for insurance fraud, and I'm suing him for basic fraud. He refuses to admit he pulled a scam on us both despite me having photographic and video proof. The new shop is willing to testify I was ripped off as was the warranty company.I hope this saves someone all I am going through right now. No car, another week until the new mechanic can fix mine, lawyer and warranty back and forth phone calls, and 4 weeks lost revenue since I drive for Uber and Lyft.Avoid this cheat at all costs, or do business with him at your peril.

Avoid this place!!! I have lived in Pasadena for 30 years and this guy is shady. He was selling a 01 Yukon out front of his lot that had 96,000 miles on it. I paid him 3500 for the vehicle. He told me the Transmission was rebuilt, but it wasn't. I got it home (which I live right around the corner on 220th street ) only to find out that it would shift from 3rd and drop to neutral. I had the mechanic at Auto Pro look at it he suggested to have it rebuilt. So I went to A&Z and spoke with the owner who sl0d me the truck. he swore it was rebuilt. We had the truck taken to his transmission guy. The his transmission guy called me the next day asking what the Owner of A&Z told me. Responded that he had told me it was rebuilt the transmission guy then informed me that he never did such work that he was only told to replace 3rd gear, but he said the transmission was fully functional when it left his shop (apparently the main shaft had cracked). The transmission guy was nice enough to give me a discount on labor so rebuild the transmission. After that not much for the next 6months. Then the check engine light came on. No mechanic could figure out what was wrong. All their scans said the samething..... that I had a knock in the engine, but you never heard a knock. I had the knock sensor replaced, the Y connector for the knock sensor replaced, the chewed wires in the wiring harness replaced, and replaced the ECM. No mechanic would believe that the engine with that amount of miles and no knock sound had a knock. I took the truck to Auto Pro, Daves Shop, and Riviera Tire.So after dealing with this for 3 months I decided to trade it and my wifes old VW cabrio in for a new car for her. We went to the dealership and the sales man informs me that there is a problem with the Yukon and that the really cant give me anything for it. Apparently A&Z changed out the old cluster (which is easy to do on those year GMs) with a new one that had lesser miles on it. Needless to say I was pissed. Salesman brought up the carfax and there it was ....... The date I had it inspected with 96,000 miles and a year and a half before that in PA it was logged in with 260,000 miles. Luckly the salesman at Subaru was able to get us some type of money off the new car but in the end I got screwed. So PLEASE learn from my mistake and avoid the con artist. Take you car to anyone else......... Daves Auto Shop, Auto Pro, or Hessell Bothers these shops are owned by local guys and have always been very helpful and honest to me about what needs to be done and what can wait.

EDIT: 6/29:Its been about a year and I have actually heard bad things about this place recently. Apparently this guy is still pulling the same stuff he did to me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE ANY OTHER SHOP.---Went to have a tire replaced. Traded them a newer, nicer tire from a car I didn't have anymore for a tire for my current car I had looked at and determined to be okay, from there they gave me a different tire of lower quality. And when I went to check out the price was suddenly $7 more than they told me at first. All this aside I decided id live with it as I wanted to get new tires in a month or two anyway. As im driving away and I get up to highway speed the car starts shaking. I pull over and look at my wheel weights. They didnt balance the wheels at all as they advertised, I especially know this for a fact because I was the last person to balance the wheel myself and me weights had not been moved.I went back and told the owner this. He got really mad at me and told me it "was a mistake doing business with me" as we went for a test drive. He insisted that it was the other tires and that I was a bad mechanic trying to scam him.He proceed to yell and have a temper tantrum for about 5 minutes, I couldn't get a word in. He was far more hysterical than I was, Im 20 years old and this is a man in his 30s probably. Finally I told him either he could fix the mistake and balance the tire or loose a customer and I would have the charged removed from my account. He told me to do that then walked away.Speaks enough for itself I guess.

Absolutely avoid this place, guy was extremely rude to me. I paid to have a tire mounted and balanced guy puts on the wrong tire the says he's going to have to charge me again to remount the correct tire not much I could do at that point so I pay him twice, then as I'm driving the car get extremely shaky so I take it back to him to see if he balanced the tire correctly and he just starts screaming and swearing that I would accuse him of that. Took it to another shop and it turns out he never did balance it. Guy is a total con man if I could give 0 stars I absolutely would.

Told me they balanced my tires when they installed them. Went for a drive and they were all not balanced. Employees denied and said they did balance my tires. Had to pay another $50 at another shop to balance my tires and now it rides right again. Will never do business here ever again. Horrible people

I took my donk to this establishment to have four new rubber bands put on, the owner was too geeked up on prune juice to provide me with service. I don't recommend this tire shop for sick whips like mine.
