  I brought in my granddaughter and her 2 friends for a birthday spa day. This was our first time visiting AT and I cannot of been more satisfied with the whole experience. Angey made it so special for my granddaughter and her friends. They had so much fun and she was surprised with a gift and mini cupcakes and snacks. Nicole was super sweet with the girls mani/pedi's. Angey braided all of their hair. I highly recommend this salon for excellent service.

  When this salon first opened up. I was very happy with the service and the staff, but over time, the staff dwindled down, and of course the prices steadily went up. I always made my appointments on time, but always had to wait at least 15-20 minutes . Business owners seem to forget that their customers time is just as important as theirs. That always frustrated me but I stayed a client. On my last visit there, I showed up on time, and I sat down, Angie saw me a knew I was waiting , But she never acknowledged me and went on about her business, After sitting there for about 20 minutes. I got up and left and I never went back !

  If I could give this place negative stars, I would. I beg you, please do not waste your time or money! If you are looking for a calm, professional, relaxing environment, this is certainly not your place! The facilities are run down with holes in the walls near the baseboards, old equipment, etc. I was there for 5+ hours and couldn’t wait to get out.I requested gray coverage with very subtle highlights and they turned my roots orange, bleached my “subtle highlights” so much it looks white. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed. I should also mention that she messed up on the client before me also. She was getting pink tips and ended up having it bleed in one spot higher into her hair.The nail tech took roughly 2 1/2 hrs to do a manicure and pedicure, complained and cursed constantly, messed up on every turn, and blamed it on the fact that she doesn’t get enough clients so her product just sits on the shelves. She also made a statement to me that she feels like she doesn’t want to do nails anymore because “her skills are declining and she feels bad taking people’s money”. My nails ended up looking horrible with inconsistent width on my French manicure and chips/dips in them.When I communicated that I was unsatisfied with the botched work, I was told I just didn’t like that I had to pay separately for the hair and nails, and that I was upset about the price. This statement was a bold lie. I had already told her I was unhappy with how it turned out before I even knew the price. I assured her the money was not the issue! Angie refused to even let me (or my husband) talk on two separate phone calls, made claims that I was her only complaint in the history of her business, and I just wanted money, then hung up the phone both times.She did say she would fix it, but after my experience there, the final outcome of their work, and the rudeness and aggression on the phone, I would never step back into that place if you paid me!My sweet husband had booked this place as a relaxing Mother’s Day gift to me. Sadly, it was the furthest from that. Thankfully, he also booked a massage at a different place afterwards. I needed it!!Services: Manicure

  My teen always wants different looks. She has very curly hair and she like different looks. Angey is always on top of things and my teen looks great every time. Prices are very reasonable and service is too notch!
