Worked with Brandon, extremely helpful. Came in for a new phone, he worked with me to ascertain battery deficiency and kept my current phone. Rather than simply shove an upsell on me he assisted for the best outcome of the customer.

I do not recommend this store. I went because of previous conversations to upgrade my phone. Selected a phone and was told i could return in 14 days if i did not like it. I was never told about a restocking fee or signed anything. I took your phone back 3 hours later as it didn’t work properly. I was charged a restocking fee, when i noticed the agent Brandon signing on my behalf I questioned this and was informed on the computer this was just easier for them. I looked at my account and noticed they had added 2 features to my account that i never agreed with our knew it was being added to my account. I have filled a case with At&t and am considering legal charges as they forged my signature…

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and customer service towards elderly clients at this location.
My elderly boss went into the store over the weekend with the intent of upgrading his device. He was in the store for over two hours for what shouldn't have taken more than 45 mins to complete. He was incorrectly charged 1k for a transaction that should only have charged taxes (according to HQ). They added a completely new line to his device, resulting in him having a dual sim when it was not needed, nor what he had initially gone in for. They charged him insurance on both lines despite them being linked to one singular device!
While I understand errors can be made, we are human, and the associate handling this transaction might have not been trained properly. It was later brought to my attention, the actual store manager was the one assisting him throughout this transaction.
I've tried calling the store directly for 3 days straight unable to get through. The line rings and goes directly to voicemail.
Personally I do not like to leave bad reviews, however if you have an elderly parent/family member or friend, please be weary of letting them go alone when it comes to upgrading devices or adding anything to their plan. It's been made clear to me not all have the patience to explain and suggest the best options to the client except for what benefits the sales associate.

Brandon does it again!!! He quickly and easily helped move a line for my son to a new phone, showed me how to enable all the parental controls and helped me fix a notification issue on my phone.

Not only was there clear communication and stellar service, they even gave me cards for free bowling! Amazing rates for my cellular service and home internet!

Service Is amazing and switching to a new phone is fast and quick walked out of the store with a new phone in like 7 minutes.
