Based on the reviews, Barnes & Noble is a cozy hangout spot for book lovers. It is a great place to browse new releases and stumble on unexpected finds. The space is welcoming and deaf-friendly, which makes communication easy and stress-free. Staff are kind, patient, and happy to help. It is a relaxing and welcoming environment with a great selection of books. The store has a great layout, design, and overall atmosphere. The non fiction section is not as heavy as the fiction section, but the staff is nice and the atmosphere is relaxing. The toy section is dark, which is easily fixed with a new bulb, but they are great and even put great chairs in the romance section. Every employee is kind and accommodating, including ordering multiple books to be shipped to the store. Magazines are available, though expensive. The store also hosts storytime. The manager handled a situation with professionalism and understanding.

We love this Barnes and Nobles because it doesn’t have the cafe, it’s quieter, there are more nooks and crannies and opportunities to sit and zone out.

Great location very clean and organized staff very helpful and answered all of our questions even went above and beyond to help us find a book they were out of and pointed us to other locations where it was in stock would definitely come to this location again

What an awesome selection and friendly staff. They helped me find my husbands missing wallet too.
