This place never has chocolate ice cream. They didn’t have spoons or straws once or twice. Their sundaes are not sundaes. They don’t have hot fudge or marshmallow. When ordering a caramel sundae they topped the whipped cream with a teaspoon of the topping. I asked if there was caramel on top of the ice cream. She said I ordered ice cream that had caramel in it already. Really? Lol The server was extremely nasty and had an attitude from the moment we walked it. This used to be a favorite stop and now has to be the worse Baskin Robbins around. I’m surprised they are still in business.

It closes at 9pm we pulled up and tried to open the doors were locked. Went to drive thru and tried to order smoothies we were told the blenders were being cleaned but we can order ice cream. We didn't want ice cream only wanted 2 smoothies. I said to the young lady, then really you are not open. We said no thank you and drove away. ??

There has been at least 5 times when this Baskins Robbins has not had vanilla ice cream, including an hour ago....Vanilla??? So again I have to take my business elsewhere.

Waited in line for 10 minutes to get ice cream when I got to the window at 833 pm the informed me I couldn’t order ice cream because they closed serving at 830 even though I was waiting on line before they stopped serving. If that’s the case they should close at 830 instead

Worst experience. The employee who helped us could care less. We got 4 - 2 scoops of ice-cream in a cup. It was more like one scoop each. She even told my daughter to pick a different flavor because that one was too hard to get out. After we had our ice cream, she said they had no spoons! Terrible experience. I really hope corporate takes time to reply, I sent them an email too.

Ordered two sundaes online. 45 minutes later we were told that they “discontinued” those items. This was well after they accepted our order. No one answered the phone at the store. Terrible customer service.

Ordered off door dash. They had no menu items, were out of multiple items, and seemed confused on what even they had available. Absolutely ridiculous. YOURE AN ICE CREAM SHOP! AND YOU DONT HAVE MOST FLAVORS OF YOUR OWN ICE CREAM! Seriously got ripped off and couldn't cancel my order by the time I found out that you didn't have half your stock. I'll be going with a different place next time. First time and last time ordering from Baskin Robbins.

3rd time coming to this location and they never have more than 6 flavors of ice cream available. We asked for a very basic flavor, strawberry and the attendant told us it was in the back! The 2nd time the strawberry was out and the chocolate peanut butter was out. It is 5:30 pm on a Saturday, why is the ice cream always in the back, unavailable and not out in the front for sale? There were 8 empty ice cream bins on display. She never offered to go and get it. Will not be returning.

I walked in there today with my son wanting to get a sundae. #1 it was gross, dirty gross. Behind the ice cream on the counters Banana peels everywhere, counters filled with trash as if no one knew how to use a trash can.#2 We stood there for 5 minutes, 3 young lady’s behind the counter and not 1 stopped to ask what we needed nor did they say they would be right with us.I completely understand being short staffed cause I run a retail business. I’m very patient and would’ve waited as long as needed to be helped but no one seemed interested in that. This type of environment and lack of customer service is unbelievable to me.

Aue these fulas gave our banana splits in a paper bag turned vertically. The ice cream was melted leaked in the bag and the ice cream was all mushed to one side ??♀️

Everyone who serves us is so happy. One of the young ladies who works there always remembers that we have a kitten and gives us a little sample cup with vanilla ice cream for our kitten.
