Could have been better. These are four "brand new " tires! You cannot tell because they were not wiped down after installation. This is terrible. The customer service representative in the club was very nice and is actively trying to help me! However this is still unacceptable and they need to clean or replace. The representative in the tire depot obviously needs help..he looks tired. I will be calling back in the morning!

Decent location open parking lot. Seems to be more of a bring your own cart back if you want to use one. The in shopping app works great.

Horrible experience at the bopic station on Saturday March 9th. Absolutely no help at all! Waited for 45+ minutes while a man working kept telling me my order hadn’t been started yet! He looked like he was going to have a nervous breakdown. I feel bad because it’s not the employees fault their boss won’t give them the help they need. BJ’s has a lot of revenue, it should perform better

I went to the optical department to buy glasses. I already had a prescription, so I just needed frames and lenses. The employee helped me find two pairs of inexpensive frames, which allows me to afford progressive, Transitions lenses. The glasses are made very well. I'd recommend BJs Optical.

My regular store is at 8139 governor Ritchie, hiway, Pasadena, md, I have been so impressed with the customer service I receive. As a recovery stroke Patient. Your store help, Mr. Garrett has been very kind to offer me help to wheel my cart with 2 cases of water as he notices me struggling to get to cashier, has helped me clear that process and get my purchase into my car. This has been phenomenal assistance. Great staff.Thank you.Ed. Igbokwe.

Drivers beware getting to this store on time is pointless, you’re going to have to wait two hours before they start unloading your trailer and the guy in receiving is one of the most rude individuals I’ve ever encountered for absolutely no reason don’t waste time trying to talk to him, the manager isn’t helpful either as he has no control of his subordinates all in all plan for detention pay because this is the most unprofessional and slowest store of any BJ’s I’ve come to.

Saturday morning, I placed a sizable grocery order from BJ's Pasadena at 11:30 am For same day delivery. I received an email around 1:30 explaining that they needed more time to prepare and deliver my order. At 4pm, I called explaining that I needed to leave for work at 4:30. I was told that my order was picked up by Door Dash at 2pm. I explained that I needed to leave my home and that I wasn't sure that my food having been picked up two hours prior was any good being In A hot vehicle for that timeframe. I called and spoke to store manager by the name of Lisa who told me that she would talk to her district manager today and get back to me by 1pm. Heard nothing from her. I called her and asked what the outcome was and was told to dispute my charge with my bank because BJ's computer had a glitch. I told her that it wasn't the banks responsibility to refund the money to me that Bj's debited from my account. She basically asked me to lie to my bank due to their internal computer problem. Called door dash and was told that they never even got my order number in a request. So as of this hour, I'm out almost $700.00, with no groceries, no money refunded to go elsewhere to buy my groceries for my family and not one person at BJ's who gives a damn about the situation that they have placed me in. My next action will be a call to the Media, look for this situation on the local news! It's time for these big corporations to be accountable for their mistakes and make good on them instead of placing their members into a system of strife and stress! Boycott BJ's and all affiliates! Maybe when their money is impacted, they will resolve these issues in a more timely manner without causing additional distress to the people they have harmed. BOYCOTT BJ's wholesale Pasadena MD! Call the management and let them know they are wrong, 410-647-6600 opt 9We the people will not stand for this type of treatment from BIG Corpotations any longer! I appreciate your support!

Slow checkout and only one cashier…took almost 20 minutes waiting in line.Also, I had to walk all around the parking lot to find a shopping cart.

Pretty well stocked, compared to some other Big Box places. Stays busy, so expect a line, unless you come pretty early. The employees are nice, and very helpful, especially if you're picking up an online order. Picked up a mattress from an online sale and one employee helped me not only wrangle it through the store on a foot cart, but actually helped me load it, even though they didn't need to. Getting it out the door was a little tricky though so I'm glad they helped.

After multiple attempt to reach the tire shop on the phone, I gave up. I spent over 1 hour waiting on the phone with no one to answer to call. I will definitely switching my tires purchases elsewhere other than BJ’s. Update: BJs tire shop employees have no access to schedule system for regular tire maintenance except for customers who buy and install tires. All other services will be walk-in available basis on the same day. Technically, you will be wasted your time driving up there if there is one person working or too busy with other customers. This is a very disappointing service coming from BJs.

Create for shopping for groceries only bad thing is very poor at having cashiers. It seems they want you to use the self check out which I will not use.

Run down. The manager Dillon is probably the most miserable human being I've seen in my life. He walks around the store eating up the payroll budget providing literally no help whatsoever. I'm assuming this is the only form of power he's ever experienced in his life because as a manager myself I wouldn't hire him as cart collector. His attitude pretty much bleeds into the overall vibe of the store. Go to COSTCO!

Found all we looked for. One team member helped me with my low sugar. She very tentatively assisted me in getting a soda and some candy from their lunch event earlier that day, which helped me not to lose consciousness. I hope I could remember her name. But thank you!!
