Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful about their products. They were so helpful in selling me what I needed without going overboard. They gave me what I needed and saved me money!! They have lots of stock and very friendly. This is my go-to for products I need, love it.

I love BS Vapes! Started here when I quit smoking cigarettes two years ago.. they were very friendly and informative as I knew nothing about vaping. I just needed to quit since my grandson came to live with me and his immune system is a mess. They even expressed concern for my health with what I was starting with and how to try to switch as soon as I was over the quitting cigarettes stage. Most places wouldn’t do that.. they would be more concerned about sales. They asked me multiple questions to make sure I got the proper vape and juice so I wouldn’t crave cigarettes. Everything worked perfect. It will be two years in December and I haven’t smoked a cigarette since. I bought a Vaporesso vape, two years later I still have the same one from listening to their advice. They normally only shoot for 6 months to a year before needing a new one. I also like the points you get every time you buy something. Eventually I will use mine for a new vape so it will be free. I have saved so much money it’s insane. Also I have tried other vape stores and always walked away with a juice I hated. None of them were as informative or friendly. I wish I never tried other stores because I would have more points had I spent it at BS Vapes. Oh and they remember me every time I come in and what juice I need which is only once a month. I would recommend this place to anyone that can’t cold turkey cigarettes and tried everything else.

Great Vape shop! Great prices. The owner and employee I met with (can’t remember their names) were very friendly and knowledgeable - made me feel like I made a friend!

I have freeMaX vape device that had functioned properly. I stopped in to get a different coil that might improve my experiences with it. The VERY helpful staff provided me with excellent advice for a new pod and coil that worked out WONDERFULLY. Now I enjoy me device with more satisfying vapes and a tank that does not leak. Thank you for a knowledgeable staff.

Best customer service in Pasadena. Employees are super friendly and more than willing to help. The owner is fantastic and friendly. Great music and atmosphere as well. Definitely my new place for vape supplies. Highly recommend. 5 stars is not enough!!

I used to only go to this vape shop but that was before they hired new people. The guy there is so rude all the time. He has a bad attitude. I tried to over look it and go back different times but it never changes. So unfortunately I have to find a new favorite shop. It sucks because the owner is so friendly and so helpful but his bad attitude really makes it hard to come back.
