Dropped off Jeep at 9am for appointment. they waited ‘till 1pm to tell us that a there’s a shock absorber “missing”.
Very inconsiderate.
Very disapointing.

It's a vulgar place where the cashiers don't serve you, they look at you and do it with a racist look. I don't recommend this disgusting place. They should change that racist staff.
The next time I visit the place I will take pictures of the white woman who serves to have proof and show who she is because if I wrote it it was not because of false accusations and look closely at the security cases.Oh put on glasses so you can see better 😉 The other employees treat you wonderfully, the white woman is the racist one

Jose did a great job helping me order Bilstein 6112 and 5100 heavy duty shock suspension kit. I showed up for my appointment at 9am and job completed at 3pm. Owner Chris and daughter Maddie kept me informed during process which turned out to be a tough job as the front cap was all rusted and took 2 hours to remove. Maddie showed me the pics. They stuck with the quoted price $1800 which included alignment and tax, way under the price quoted by the Ford dealer. It was well worth the wait, as my 2016 F150 rides great now after OEM shocks replaced. I’ve only tested on the road. I will update my review after off-roading/overlanding in W. I brought in a car that had paint, and dye all over the inside of the windows, I made it much more difficult for them to complete the tints that I wanted. They got all the residue, paint and even finished all my tints within 3 hours! Not only that but the whole staff there is absolutely amazing, great customer service, very welcoming and overall best experience you could find at any store! They have you covered no matter what, if you haven’t been here before I highly recommend!

Car Worx consistently delivers with great service and a quality product. Ive had multiple vehicles get their windows tinted here and purchased audio equipment in the past and have never been disappointed, even when they’re running behind. I genuinely don’t care how long it takes because I know they’re exercising care and not rushing to complete the job. If you value quality of work over anything else, I could not recommend them more. They went above and beyond to accommodate me after it was discovered that my vehicle actually needed a window replacement before they completed the job. I continue to recommend them to friends and family, and will only come here for services in their scope of work as long as they’re in business.

Called scheduled and upon arrival the young lady explained the tint levels to me. Definitely will be back. Treated with respect even gave a sight for rims for hubby.

5 years ago (March 2020), I got the 3m tinted shade installed . To this day, I have not had to utilize my lifetime warranty. These guys(and ladies) are amazing. I recently went back to get the front window sun strip installed, and it looks good, and does what it's intended. Coming from DC, the drive is always worth it. Had 3M Brand Dyed Tint installed on my Prius C back in.... 2018? (I think)
Tint has held up very well and the staff were extremely friendly.
While I admit that almost all tint places in the area are cheaper, I wanted to pay extra to ensure it was done properly. Not disappointed over six years later.
