I went to Loralei and she was absolutely out of this world! I came in looking to get a couple inches off, and she helped me figure out which cut suited me the most. So happy with how my hair turned out!

Got full highlights and a hair cut with Kennedee, she was knowledgeable, personable and very easy to talk to! She was able to guide me in finding the color I wanted and exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend Kennedee!!

I had a wonderful first impression of the Salon. I met the owner, Lisa who was very friendly and personable. You can tell she takes pride in her work. The Salon is bright and roomy with a lot of natural light coming through the windows. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. I had an appointment with Ginger who is very sweet and gentle. She listened to my thoughts and executed them exactly. If you have any type of Bob cut, she is your girl!! She is a perfectionist and bobs are her specialty. I’m sure she can provide whatever you request, no problem. So happy to find this gem so close to home.

I had Genevieve as my stylist (I belive that’s how you spell her name) she did an amazing job and she talked me through the whole cut, it was very professional and just a amazing experience and I love the haircut.

Natalia is terrific! I wasnt sure what I wanted but after a consult and explanation, i decided on a cut and full highlights. Natalia is delightful in addition to talented. She loves her work and it shows; I'm very pleased and making an appointment for my 21 yr old granddaughter. You will enjoy going to this clean, friendly salon.

I recently took my daughter to Chesapeake Salons in Pasadena to get a pixie cut for her birthday. I brought images and discussed with the stylist what we were looking for. Having a background in the industry I know not all stylists are comfortable with short cuts. This one said she was and cut my daughters hair and then styled it in such a way that you could not notice the hack job that she did. It was terrible! My daughter had her birthday party the next day and was made fun of by other children (not her friends) at the place we had her party, The ClimbZone. I had to pay another $70 to get it fixed the following day so that she at least could go to school with a quality hair cut.
Having managed salons and spas for 17 years I would have preferred the stylist be honest with me and my daughter. We would have been disappointed but would have rather her say I can't do that kind of cut then for her to butcher my daughters hair. Shame on that stylist for not being honest, she knew she was in over her head and it was clear from the state of my daughters hair. The hair in the back on the right was easily an inch and a half longer than the hair in the back on the left. It was crazy.
Then when I go to check out, the woman at the front desk tried to charge me for an adults cut on my 11 year old. When I booked they confirmed with the manager that the kids cuts were for kids 12 years old and younger. My daughter turned 12 the next day but based on their wording, that would still have entitled her to the kids cut pricing until she turns 13. The front desk lady made me feel like I was getting away with a cheaper cut or doing something wrong. She was then curt and rolled her eyes at me because I had done my homework and insisted on the kids pricing. I do not recommend this salon.

Went to Natalia for the first time and she was great!! Lots detailed questions and communication about what I was wanting for my hair.
It was a longer appointment because of the length, thickness, and toner I needed and she kept the energy up and was super fun! LOVE the way my icy blonde balayage and trim turned out!!

Krysta is amazing with haircuts. However, I recently experienced a nightmare with color. Krysta did try her best to fix it. However, The owner clearly doesn’t know how to deal with customers and business. When I asked for a refund, or at least a partial refund, she was not willing to refund me. It was very obvious she cared more about losing money then losing a loyal customer. I have been going there for 3 years and have referred 3 other people that go there. All 4 of us will not be coming back.
