Not great customer service, but has decent products. People saying in these reviews that they’re surprised it is not open to the public like Sally’s… well yes 😭 It’s incredibly obvious it’s a professionals-only store.

I find just about everything that I need here. The store associates are very friendly and extremely helpful.

It's my go to place for most of my Professional hair products....The only product line I wish they'd carry is Redken
