Went into the store didn't see a single person did the self-checkout and was out in 5 minutes. Just a suggestion... Have employees at least acknowldge someone , when they come into the store. Thank you

I was in CVS for the minute clinic. The MA and the NP were both very caring and have wonderful demeanor. I received a physical, immunizations, and had bloodwork done. I would definitely come back again for the painless immunizations lol. The store was very clean even with a worker doing a planogram. I was able to grab a snack and checkout with no issues.

Always a good experience at the very busy CVS on Magothy Bch rd. Pasadena. Store is stocked well and friendly staff.

The pharmacists always tell me that my doctor never called in my anxiety meds which are controlled substances. My doctor's secretary will tell me she was there when she called in my subscription but CVS will tell me she never called. Last month she had to be reached out of the country for my refill because CVS swore she never called . The pharmacist does this every month and they try to get me to renew my prescriptions when I have plenty left from the 90 day prescription they just gave me. I only go here because my insurance says I have to. It isn't smart to mess with peoples mental health meds and it's cruel.

Worst pharmacy in Maryland. Waited 30 mins in the drive thru, cars behind me were honking because of the wait. Then when I had to get out of my car to get the attention of someone inside of the pharmacy, they tried to argue about how long the wait was instead of getting my prescription. Unprofessional staff and managed poorly. Stay away from this place if you can

Teach your employees telephone skills! I had the rudest encounter when I requested a callback for a prescription filled in December that needed preauthorization. I called to see why and was told they didn't know and immediately hung up on.

Other than not enough stock on the shelves sometimes, which is common in all these kinds of stores, this 24-hour CVS is convenient and the staff is really helpful late at night whenever I go. They ask if I need help, and will walk over to help me find items that are difficult when shopping for delivery orders.
The pharmacy can be a bit busy, which is a wait. And my packages are often bigger than most, and I try to tel the pharmacy assistants that it is probably on the back shelf with the bigger bags, but they go searching everywhere but there first. Not trying to tell them how to do their job, but could save me about 5 minutes. The pharmacy does shut down for lunch time, so check be for you goZ

May I suggest a team morale building activity for the cashiers who clearly hate their job. Don’t go on a Saturday night at 8pm unless you want constant dirty looks by the cashier ringing people up. What he doesn’t understand is that if he had a better attitude he may get through the night a little easier. Or maybe suggest a career change to a less people oriented job. Shout out to my favorite usual pharmacy Mikes Pharmacy. They are awesome because I never have to deal with this with them. No drama. Do better CVS.

No points deserved at all. They need more help. Period!!! Waiting sooo long (25mins to be exact) to only finally get thru the drive thru line (went inside the first time) to let you know that only one of your prescriptions are ready. Ugh!!! 👎 Ridiculous! Too many customers, not enough workers. Where's that wall again 🫡

24 hour pharmacy but yet they can’t fill certain medication when open overnight. The only reason I go to CVS is because I have to with my insurance if I didn’t have to, I would not use Cvs. They’re always messing up refills and prescriptions. The app doesn’t go with their end and match What it’s telling me and what’s on there end and it’s very frustrating. And there’s been plenty of times when they’ve told me to come back in an hour …five minutes later driving down the road I get a text and it’s saying it’s ready overall. They’ve also had some seriously rude customer service in the front of the store not friendly at all.
