Pharmacy only has 2 people working in it every time I go. I know they have to be stressed out trying to serve everyone so I don't fully blame them for the super slow service. Don't use this pharmacy unless you absolutely have to

I read the reviews but thought I'd try and I had issues......ended up getting my medicine transferred to Walmart. The pharmacist today.........smh. I'll just say if you can go somewhere else for pharmacy I would, I'd rather wait until the next day to get my meds instead of going here and these people making me catch an attitude and make my blood pressure go up. The other employees were nice and helpful

I hate this pharmacy, and yet we use them because they are so convenient. Just tonight, we tried to pick up an important medicine. We were told it was not ready yet and would be another hour. My wife went back to pick it up and it was still not ready.I've been waiting for one medicine for 6 weeks. It's an important thyroid medicine did I need to take daily, or I die. I've gone to several other pharmacies and they get me the meds within a day.I don't think I could rank any business lower than this. I'm calling their headquarters tomorrow to complain, again!

I tried to call the pharm to speak to someone about medications. Sat on hold for 26 mins, to get hung up on. A co worker also tried to call regarding a clients medications, she left several voice mails, none of her calls were returned. She called back just to sit on hold for over an hour. This pharm does NOT give good client care, nor do they seem to care about peoples medications. A few months back my boss had to go up to this location and sit there to find out what was going on with another client's medications. This is beyond ridiculous.

I am sitting in line the second time either seven cars ahead of me. My rx was called in over 5 hours ago. Nope not ready. My other rx I have now waited 2 weeks for. Nope on back order.After returning home rx is now ready.very frustrating!!!!

Pulled my son out of school during the day because we had scheduled to get flu shots, waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the window and had them tell us they weren't doing flu shots and shrugged their shoulders when we told them we had appointments. It would've been nice to be notified in some way before I pulled my son out of school for the day.

Terribly understaffed to the point of service interruption and ridiculous wait times. They don’t seem to treat their staff very well and everyone is aways stressed out. Don’t even attempt to call the pharmacy - it’s a 30+ minute hold time IF THEY ANSWER AT ALL. Why did CVS bother with monopolizing this area if they aren’t going to serve it?

This pharmacy simply doesn't care about you as a customer. I had a prescription sent to them, FIVE hours prior to calling in to make sure to let them know I am on my way. I then got there 45 minutes later.The pharmacist is in there talking to another guy about women and who they are dating from Cameroon. Meanwhile, I talking to the girl behind the counter who tells me nothing is ready. I displayed shock and she just throws her hands up and says "I know". I told her it was sent in almost 6 hours at this point, and again, she says, "I Know". As if this is a regular occurrence!Maybe the Pharmacist should spend less time talking about women and more time doing his job instead of disrespecting customers time.They dont' give a damn about their customers, period

I do not know who owns or runs this establishment but whoever you are/ they are needs to figure some things out. I sat with my 6-year-old son in the pharmacy drive-thru tonight for an hour without any acknowledgment from anyone within the pharmacy. I then drove around and went into the pharmacy for my son's prescription. There was only a pharmacist there and another young lady counting a drawer and I asked her if the pharmacy drive thru was open and she said yes but the pharmacist is new to their location and by herself and trying her best. So I let the young lady know since you know that maybe you can help her out and let the people in the drive-thru know that she will be with them shortly. She was very rude and dismissive and proceeded to drop the drawer on the floor after scurrying away from me and then after she finally got all of the money off of the floor and secured in the drawer, she went over and told the person in the drive-thru that we will be right with you. Not sure why it took me telling her to do that for her to do that out of common courtesy for the poor pharmacist that was falling behind and scrambling to help everyone on her own. The pharmacist didn't even know she wouldn't have any help on her shift until she arrived at this location. There are plenty of pharmacy staff looking for jobs and it is very discouraging that you are trying to run a business taking care of patients this way. Thankfully, my insurance does not have a contract with CVS, but I was glad to pay out of pocket for my son's medicine to help with his pain being that you're the only 24-hour pharmacy in the area, but I feel like you are taking advantage of that. I'm not sure what your motives are here, but maybe you are looking to close down the pharmacy and this is how you're going about it. There is no way you are going to stay in business running your pharmacy this way. Do better. I will definitely be calling CVS corporate to report this as well. I'm sure I will be one of many that have done so.

The pharmacist in the night shift is so obnoxious. Not professional at all. Is this what CVS stands for? The pharmacist was not helpful and just walked away while explaining the prescription. The The attitude of a 3rd grader. I should have known by the reviews this CVS has. Don't come to CVS. Walgreens has much better service. You have lost one more customer thanks to the pharmacist service. Will be going to Walgreens from now on.

Was heading to Gibson Island when my passenger said they desperately needed Sudafed. We stopped at Angel's, but they did not have a pharmacy. Back to the Dena we went. CVS Pharmacy had exactly what we needed from behind the counter. Customer service was great, and we were back to the island in no time.

I have been trying to get a hold of this pharmacy for weeks to find out the status of my insulin. This is a medication that I cannot live without! They will not answer the phone. When I go to the store in person the employees are so incredibly rude and won’t give me an answer. Why?!? Every location has gone to hell in a hand basket. I would gladly switch to another pharmacy but I cannot due to my health insurance. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!!!!

I recently switched to this CVS location (I wasn't happy with the service provided at the CVS location I used previously.) I have received prompt, efficient service each time, and scripts were filled in a timely manner. The drive-thru was very busy during my recent visit, so I knew there would be a wait, but once I arrived at the window the employee was polite, and service was prompt.

This store has been struggling with customer service for quite a while. Tonight I called the Pharmacy to ask a question and was put on hold for 40 minutes. I called back to speak with the store manager to make sure they were open, and again was put on hold. I realize they are busy and short staffed, I work in the medical field, but to not have the simple courtesy to answer the phone and ask me to hold is simply unacceptable. This pharmacy needs a re-education on how to treat people. I, like many others, will be moving my business elsewhere.

Would give the pharmacy 0 stars if possible. Paid to have a perscription mailed on the 23rd. got a text from them that they were putting it back on the shelf on the 26th if it wasn't picked up by the end of the day. tried to call and was on hold for an hour and no one picked up. I also called the "store" line on a different phone and they took my name and number and said they would have the pharmacist call me back. Here it is 4pm the next day never got a call, and have been on hold for another hour with no one answering.
