I only went to this salon a few times but I found the sisters who own it to be very grouchy and rude. They acted like you were inconveniencing them by coming in to have your nails, etc. done. Always in a big rush to get you out the door. Limited services and said they don't do designs when I know they do. I had an appointment on Sunday (which I scheduled on that day to suit them) at 2:00pm and they called me at 10:30 and asked if I could come in right away because someone else had cancelled. I said no, but offered to come in an hour earlier. Then they cancelled my appointment altogether saying they were too busy. I asked to reschedule and they said they were also too busy to do that, they would have to call me back. They never did. I left a voice mail and sent several texts. They just ghosted me. If you don't want my business, just say so! Nothing like scrambling to find a new nail salon during the holidays. Rude and unprofessional!Service: French manicures

I've never been turned down from a nail shop in my life! They had 2 customers inside and told me 2 more where on the way. Therefore they were to busy for me. It makes me wonder if it was the color of my skin! I remained very respectful as always, and wished them a blessed day. So I will allow my 14 million readers to make your own conclusions. My business will never be to busy for money! I still wish blessing for them! I do not discriminate on green money! Amen

I have been coming to this location since the late 90s when VO owned it. Through the yrs it's had multiple changes in owners but the service has always been top notch. The owners for the past couple of yrs. not so much. Lyn tries to be nice but Eva is out and out nasty. They choose who they want to give service to. On several occasions I have been bumped (even with an appt) or made to wait while they worked on others who came in after me. I have always tipped very well and been extra appreciative and patient which got me nowhere. I'm done. They are sneaky. You've been warned. There are a lot of other nail salons out there that treat you like you should be treated. Shout out to Hana Nails across the street from them. I love them!

This is my go to place for mani/pedis. Throughout the years, I've been to many establishments, some much nicer than here, but none of them do as good a job as these ladies. They are meticulous and detailed in the their craft. My manicures and pedicures rarely chip before my next scheduled appointment.

Myself, my daughter and my mother in law have been going to this nail salon for YEARS and always been very happy with the service. The family owned business is better then any other salon I have gone too. They go out of their way to accommodate you, they have stayed late and opened early multi times so I could get the services I needed. They will do anything you ask and also make suggestions at what looks good/better. They always ask before they cut your natural nails and ask what shape you want. I have terrible trouble with my toes and callus on my heal due to my limp. They always go out of their way to help me and work on my problem areas extra. In addition this is the only place I feel comfortable going during all this Covid craziness. They wear their masks properly, wear gloves and change then appropriately. They never take masks off and are very respectful of distance and politely reinforce the rules for everyone. I can not say enough good things about these ladies! Thank you for your service over the years and I love my nails and toes!

Let the buyer beware! No prices posted on the wall. Why? So they can charge everyone a different price. I've seen it happen. Are you a person of color? Then don't go here because the owners make fun of you after you leave. Nasty, unhappy women own this place. Keep your distance and go elsewhere...your wallet will thank you.

Eva is very rude. Always seems stressed out. She needs customer service training. Salon needs more staff and needs to be cleaned more often. Will be taking my business to another salon : )

I have been here two times the first was very pleasant. The owner is really good and gave my friend their student discount, and was very friendly. The second time she had another lady working on taking my gel polish off while she did my friends. The lady clearly was new and looked totally lost, and vocalized her discomfort of working on me but the owner didn't care. The girl was nice but she butchered my nails trying to take off my polish. She clearly had no idea what she was doing and was digging the electric bit into my nails (which did not feel good) then kept hitting the tops of my nails, completely sanding down the tips/points of them (my nail shape is stiletto, so this was very upsetting for me). I voiced this to the owner and she did the best she could of making them pointy again but they were still pretty uneven and just did not look as good as when I walked in. She is very nice and usually really good. (Also she is very rough when filing, hurting me quite a few times so just be warned if sensitive!)

2018'October.. Worst experience in a nail salon! I have been going there since they opened in the 90's and this visit was So Terrible that I will absolutely never use their services again! I asked for a slight round shape, she wanted to charge me extra which is ridiculous but I was already there. I also wanted to get my newly 6yr old daughter nails painted for her birthday, she charged me 20$ to paint a child., So let with a terrible shape that I had to cut down on the next visit just to be able to get a decent shape! So I ended up paying 70$ and left with terrible looking nails and my child's polish came off the next day! Never Again!

Horrible very disrespectful woman in this establishment be careful!!!. Nice when sister is in front •complete opposites- asked to have fill pedicure and daughter eyebrows waxed wanted square nails was told nails were coffin shaped like death haha it was 2 1/2 weeks I haven't had a fill paid 25 for a acrylic fill when it's only 13-15 got a nice pedicure from gentlemen good then lady was very rough with my hands when her sister left to the back it was getting to closing time she kept showing me pictures when I would look at my hands made acrylic past nails onto skin. Came next day in the morning sister fixed them and asked politely not to come back she only works part time now sorry.
