Second time my husband and I have gone to this gas station around 10:30-10:40 pm and been denied entry. It’s the same guy every time. Last night my husband went around 10:35 to fill up gas and at 10:40 a customer walked out and as my husband is walking up to the door, the employee shuts and locks it and motions him “no”. I’ve heard this is typical for this location. If your hours say open until 11 pm, your door stays open until 11 pm. Poor customer service and we will take our business elsewhere and tell everyone else to do the same.

This place has always been a rip-off for gas. .12/.18¢ higher than right down the street in both directions. When it first opened, prices were right in line with the other stations. But it was slowly gone up and up.

PSA- Machines outside don’t work, take your money and the person behind the counter says not his problem and no refund! Mind you there is NO OUT of ORDER sign on the machines. Was told the manager is Mr. Li who has no contact information and rarely comes in. We spend about $500-$600 a month at this gas station until today. Hello Shell!!

There's nothing wrong with the facility, but the service is atrocious. After filling up my truck with high octane and purchasing a Top Shelf Car Wash, I went to use the vacuum, which took my money and did not start up, so I informed the clerk who told me they'd put a sign on their earlier, even though there was no sign present at all, and basically told me to pound sand. I will never return to this location and will be hard pressed to go to Exxon period.
