I got Chevy Bolt 2023 and I loved it. I received many compliments from the riders that they love the vehicle too. The only downside is unpredictable wait time. I waited for 3 hours upon picking up the car and they asked me to come back to the office every other week, either to renew or pickup the voucher for inspection.
The office is near bus line to take me back to downtown Baltimore.

This location isn't actually open on Saturdays but they still enable reservations with pickups on Saturdays. I wasted half my day driving over there just to turn around on a weekend when no other rentals were available.

I never knew why this office still open with the poor service, staff are very rude and not helpful at all. This type of establishment need to be closed. Maria the staff is very very rude.

Would do a 0 star review if I could. Came to this location to pick up a vehicle and it wasn’t open even though I was there during their posted open hours. Tried calling them and no one picked up. If you come to this location, be careful, they will leave you stranded.

Completely disorganized. Reserved car was not available upon arrival, after 20min wait, the car was delivered with a low tire pressure warning.
Save yourself the trouble and rent from the airport location.

I’m a Lyft driver they gave me a 2020 Chevy Equinox with over 100 thousands miles on it and now it’s hard to get repair because of the year of the vehicle

If there was a negative star I would pick that.
Hertz has a serious problem on there hands here. I had the worst experience trying to pick up car ever here yesterday. Key word, “trying”. The service was so horrible, after 2+ hours of waiting I left without a car.
Avoid this place if you can. If not, good luck.

Hertz on Crain highway in glenburnie, they service is trash and horrible, they have you sitting there waiting, no form of communication at all, Hertz needs to do better and they need to clean this lobby where people is sitting and waiting
