Quick service. Recently went for tune up my car was pulled to the side of the building not the back. Anyway, the guy who did my tune up wasn't in uniform, and wore a long gold chain around his neck. I saw him jamming a rod behind my bumper, and asked what was up, he said he accidentally got his chain stuck in between the bumper and lost it, was trying to retrieve it? Weird. Why was he wearing it to work on my car at all? Could've scratched it all up. So this time when I came for service, I asked if its normal to take cars around there to do tune ups. To which they replied yes, its for overflow to keep vehicles moving thru the garage when it gets busy. However, it was not busy, no other vehicles when my car was there? I am confused about that.

So this location was understaffed at the time of my arrival but the customer service representative that helped me was able to let me know that i am a priorty and i would be taken care of!! He didn’t let me down because i was in and it off there within 30 mins. I can’t remember his name but i went in tuesday at 330 July 15th !! I hope my guy gets his recognition

Staff was nice, oil change completely quickly. But maybe a little too quickly. My report from them shows they washed the front windshield , vacuumed and that all of my tire pressures were 35. Clearly this is not the case. They also seemed to be nicer to the men getting their oil changed and weren’t interested in my business. Won’t be coming back. Pics to show

Beware - this place used to be reliable, but on my most recent visit, they tried to completely rip me off. They told me my back brakes were "dangerous" and "metal on metal," offering to replace them at a cost I would guess is about $900-$1000. I took the car for an independent inspection at a trusted mechanic, who said they are "not even close" to requiring replacement (at a cost of $80 for a brake inspection). Shame on this Jiffy Lube location, and I will also be filing a BBB complaint. It goes without saying that I will not be visiting them again, and you shouldn't either.

Service here is 10/10. The professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail of the staff is top notch. It’s impressive how work hard they work and how synchronized everyone is, this is a great team! I will be back here in the future!

Miss jiffy lube was by far the best experience I've ever had with an auto service shop. The gentleman working behind the counter and the customer service advisor were both probably two of the most friendly and professional people I've ever met. They were prompt and super quick. Overall really great experience
