I have been going since they opened, and I have been going to Mrs. Lu for 10+ years. She does excellent work and has terrific customer service. She even has started to work on my fiancé's hair as well. I love this salon!

It's been a long time since I was here. I am older and keep my hair short. Today was no different and Lu did a great job cutting my hair even though I am not always sure what I want. The other stylist had a customer too and we were all chatting and it was a very friendly atmosphere. The shop is clean and in a good location for me, too. Price was 20.00 which was half what I've seen elsewhere.

I called around noon and was able to get my hair cut and colored at 1:30, which was both unexpected and delightful. Lu was able to not only correct the poor cut I had gotten elsewhere, but get my hair back to one even color after pandemic at home color jobs. It's been at least a year since my hair has been ONE even color.

I went and got my hair cut with her multiple times. Normally it turned out great and Lucy's always takes time to make sure that I'm happy the way I look. However, this is probably the last time I'm going to get my hair cut from her because of her poor customer service. I didn't like the way it turn out like usual and it seems like I'm annoying her so I wouldn't go back to get it fix with her anymore. I feel so sad and disappointed for days how she treated me and how my hair turned out.

I went to Lucy's after my regular salon almost doubled their prices, before COvid started. Lucy is so talented, so nice & it's a pleasure to go there. She knows what I want before I do. Super clean salon, the customer is the first consideration, prices are very reasonable. I've been to salons in Pasadena, Annapolis & Columbia & this is the best one yet. So happy to find Lucy & her salon.
