Top notch people. Very fair. Very honest. Great communication. Sold them my truck and a month later reached out for some help with some paperwork verification that a lender needed and they were on top of it. Got back to me quick and went through extra trouble with no benefit for them other than keeping customers happy. Will highly recommend them in the future. Good Americans.

Will is responsive, service minded and helpful. I bought a 10 year old BMW that has run like a clock. He was also helpful setting up a good financing deal. I recommend his shop to friends and colleagues alike and hope some business has come his way as a result.

Very friendly and easy to work with people , they sell quality vehicles that last if taken care of properly. 100% recommend to anyone. Also witnessed pasadena pre owned help out my girlfriend who was very stressed buying a vehicle and they made her very comfortable and broke everything down in simple terms so she felt good enough to buy , thank you !!

This was my first time buying a vehicle for myself and it was such a pleasant experience! No crazy prices or fees, wonderful customer service, honest and friendly people. The business was excellent! Not once did I feel like I was being cheated or played with. Would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for pre-owned vehicles.
