“There is only 1 pharmacist here that is helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. The other woman is awful. Prescription rejected because of 2 insurances....so run the other one! Because this person does NOT have 2 insurances....lazy. needed a refill, called to check when that could happen & told the 25th. Called the 25th and was told the 29th, called the 29th and am told the 2nd....which is it?!!! Unbelievable.”
“This pharmacy has amazing pharmacists and staff! They are so helpful and efficient! They offer to apply a discount card when a medication is not covered by insurance. My previous pharmacy never did this even when I showed them my GoodRx Gold card. They are always pleasant. When I call, I actually can speak to a live person quickly and even a pharmacist if needed. My previous local pharmacy was impossible to speak to anyone via phone. I get my vaccines here as well- flu, covid, shingles. Same day and short wait time. I would never go back to my previous local pharmacy. Thank you Pasadena Giant pharmacists, techs, and staff! You are the best!”

“The staff and management is very friendly. Had an issue with my order and the manager Ashley called me and took care of it right away. They are doing curbside pick-up due to Co-Vid and I love it! Makes shopping much more convenient with kids. Reason for the 4 star is bc they seem to be out of stock on a lot of items, maybe due to items being on sale and sold out? Not really sure but I will continue shopping here bc of the convenience and friendly staff.”

“Finally had a good experience at a cvs pharmacy. Normally when I visit I have to wait forever and have rude pharmacist. But today had a wonderful short young lady with red glasses assist me in getting med. There was a complication with my insurance but she helped me sort it out and was super friendly. Can't wait to come again :)”

“I'm currently ending my time in PHP which is normally for 28 days, however I chose to extend it a few more days before I drop down to the IOP level because of the support I get every day being here. I've been to countless treatment centers all over the country with alot to compare my experience here to but I am highly impressed with the relatable staff members, my counselor Monique is always available to help me with anything I need to talk about, Taylor always has coffee for us up front and always has a smile on her face, Tetyana the psychiatrist goes above and beyond to get to know you and help you with medication, and the rest of the staff in general are willing to listen when needed. I would recommend this program to someone who is looking for a good structured program to help with getting clean! Thank you to Evolve for being such an important part of my recovery journey and look forward to continuing and completing my time here!”
