Pleased with my experience on Saturday. Called in the morn to ask about a new ‘25 hybrid Mazda in stock. Eddie was ready to answer questions and coordinate as I was driving in from out of state. Was able to test drive promptly in the afternoon and they gave me space to poke around and get to know the car. Ultimately drove away same day with the car: also negotiated a trade-in without much hassle at a reasonable price. Thanks Eddie for making it easy.

My husband and I have not had the best luck with cars over the last three months. We were sold a lemon in Virginia, when we got that settled, we were able to get into a newer used car that ended up being totaled in a hit and run accident less than two weeks after we bought it. My credit had taken a beating and we were struggling to get approved to buy another car as we only had one as a family to get us where we all needed to go. We went to Rich Morton and was met by Richard Wade. This man did everything in his power to get us into the used car we were looking at. The very next day he called me and told me we had a deal. We had to go in a different direction but we would have a car! When we got to the dealership, Richard took us to a car we never would have thought we could own and told us that he got us financed right where we needed and it was ours if we wanted it. He made a miracle happen at a time we needed it the most! He is a wonderful salesman but more than that, he is a caring and understanding man. He helped turn a really hard situation for us into something more wonderful than we thought possible! Thank you Richard for your guidance, hard work, and help to make sure our family would be safe, secure, and had something that would last us a long time. Highly recommend working with this dealership. We felt no pressure and everyone was really pleasant to work with.
