Royal Farms is a good and clean store known for its hot food, including chicken and fries described as on point, golden, and crunchy. The service is often quick, wonderful, and friendly, with helpful staff who are cheerful and accommodating, even for large orders. Customers appreciate the ability to order ahead and note the gas lines are usually not too crowded. However, the air compressor does not work. The store's app and rewards program are also praised. Many reviews highlight the welcoming atmosphere and excellent staff.
The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Sarah H. took time to assist me when she wasn’t obligated to do so. I don’t gamble and was asked to play the lottery for a family member. I had no clue of what I was doing with technology of today! Thank you!!

KATIE is the best. She went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I was having with Google Wallet while continuing to help other customers. She is a great asset to RF!
