The worst. Greasy, lazy, chubby woman behind deli counter purposefully got my order wrong b/c she didn't want to cook more chicken. The doofy (incel) guy helping her was in on it. The young, black woman at the register was helpful & nice. Not her fault. I should've known when my 30-minute order was miraculously done in 9 minutes. Impossible to get in touch with corporate & the black woman's solution to my problem would be to drive all the way back (1 hr 1/2 round trip) to get my money back. Royal Farms is going downhill. Never again. Not worth the trouble.

My husband I stop here to grab food once in a while when we are on the go. It is super hit or miss how the food counter goes as far as speed of service and courtesy of the employees. My last visit in was great. The employee was working quickly but efficiently and was super friendly to everyone. When I was in on a prior holiday (I get working holidays sucks but welcome to adulthood) the lady was extremely rude and basically throwing peoples food on the counter in no specific orderly fashion. If it wasn't a holiday I probably would have called and complained. All of the customers were talking amongst themselves about how ridiculous her behavior was. To all of the employees defense, it never seems like there are enough employees working because the food prep employee is always busting their butt running around.

This will farms location is a pretty good location for me. Everybody that I have dealt with is very friendly. Usually their cigarette prices are the best around or maybe I haven't ventured out much. I kind of wish there was a gas station here but that's okay Exxon across the street is pretty cheap. But overall it's a really good place

I come to this Royal Farms store from Glen Burnie often because the store in Glen Burnie is awful. Anthony (cook) and Phillip (cashier) are both awesome!. Professional, courteous, very customer service friendly. This location is heads and tails above the Glen Burnie location, which is much larger. I guess they don't need the business, as ordered a family size chicken and fries and walked away because they wanted to charge me for bbq sauce to dip my chicken in.
