Upon entering the UPS store, you will ALWAYS receive a warm greeting and a smile. Even when they are assisting other customers, you will receive acknowledgment that they are aware of you and will be with you momentarily. At my store, everyone is very personable and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Communication and availability are amazing.

The company I work for and represent utilizes this particular store almost daily for package shipments. The owner and staff always greet me in a courteous manner and take care of sipping needs efficiently. This location also has a terrific printing and graphic arts service. I had several top quality flyers printed out today for hand outs to business events I will be attending. Thank you owner Rickie Bender and staff member Brian Bourne for helping me today and providing great quality printing for my flyers.

Horrible experience. Dishonest. Owner (Rickey) failed to follow up despite promising to. Avoid!UPS damaged then threw away property.

The folks at this store are very friendly and always ready to help you with ever you need, from mailing a package to getting something printed. We have another store in the area, but I only come to this one. I do not even go to the Post Office unless in is necessary. Could not ask for better service from this store.

Very selective as to how they deal with their customers! I had a terrible experience at this location and doesn't intend to return! Employees discuss customers in the open while other customers are present in the store.
