“I know of nothing that could have made my truck rental experience any smoother from beginning to end. (Maybe, a lower price but who would not want that?)
I had to, at the last minute, change to a three seater cab from the original size truck ordered. I had assumed there would be a bench seat. There was no problem upgrading.
All pricing aspects were fully explained before we took off from the gas station.
