The government ladies that work the front desk have attitudes and are very negative and I dropped off two packages one was scanned into the system and the other one is being neglected so far, fire them hire some new people who appreciate the job.

Do not go to this post office! The lady who was on there tonight was extremely rude and not helpful at all. It is totally worth the drive to Magothy Bridge where they are very helpful and kind. I will not be back and I am a Pasadena resident.

Counter clerks were unfriendly and seemed inconvenienced by helping me mail a package. Also, they said they had no stamps. Stamps had to be ordered online. They could only sell metered postage
