I have always had great service inside and at the drive through. The pharmacy is very wuick to fill prescriptions also. Highly recommend!

I recently picked up two prescriptions from here since my normal pharmacy is closed on weekends and I had no issues at all. The pharmacy techs were all very nice and informative. Each time I went I had a different one so it seems universal that they have a general good customer service environment. I am not sure why the rating is so low. Fats service as well, faster than most walgreens Ive experienced in the past.

After eavesdropping on a conversation, another customer was unhappy for no reason honestly, I wanted to leave a review of my own. I’ve been using this location for years and have had nothing but the best experiences the manager has always gone above and beyond to make sure the customers are treated with the upmost respect, and if something is marked the wrong price, I’ve never had an issue having someone adjusted with proper proof. Working with the public, it is impossible to appease everybody. I just wanted to let the team at this location. Know they’re doing amazing. They have always been amazing and continue doing what you’re doing. Today I had the pleasure of having Jen as my associate, Ken was the manager. Great job Walgreens in Pasadena

Went to get my refill and after waiting in line for over 30 minutes. I was told we never filled it because your insurance has changed. Said I have my new card can you fill it now was told no we’re closing soon. I asked why I wasn’t notified of this and was told I’m not sure come back tomorrow and pick it up then. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE!

Rude as EVER. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Pharmacy is by far the worst the pharmacist is extremely rude and unhelpful.

I would give zero stars if I could. This pharmacy never has your prescription ready even though the text msg alerts you it is, I am always given a nonsense story about why my prescription isn’t filled/able to be filled, they are always understaffed. Save your time and sanity…go to any other pharmacy.

they are awful. NEVER answer the phone. contradict themselves, can't get a straight answer. Telling me I have to call back every day looking for a prescription? I sit on the phone for an hour with "1 call ahead of me"? nobody picks up.

Wish I could rate it lower. My daughter had gotten burned and we went to one pharmacy to pick up the cream and they said they’d send it here. When we got here we were told they didn’t have it. We tried calling back the other Walgreens to see if they sent it over and asked the person here if we could come back in 5-10 minutes. In which her response was “no, we close at 8”. It was 7:30. Terrible people, not helpful whatsoever and didn’t really seem to care. They were also told to go to CVS, which our insurance doesn’t cover.

Pharmacy has to be the most poorly run place to get prescriptions filled. There is an excuse for delayed prescriptions every time. Kids have missed getting medicine the days they need it multiple times. Won’t be back.

Everytime we fill prescriptions here there is something wrong with the insurance information, causing hours of on hold wait time with the pharmacy. Our insurance never changes. They've "fixed" it a couple dozen times now. Never again.
