I used to enjoy shopping at this Walgreens. It is very clean and neatly organized. However, my most recent experience will make me think twice before shopping here. I went in looking for a specific item (which happened to be on sale - buy 2 for $). However, they only have one of the items I wanted in stock. I asked the cashier if they had any more in the back and he said he’d have to go check and as he walked away, I thanked him. He went into the back to look for the item. He came back a few minutes later and advised that they didn’t have anymore. I kindly asked if I could get the one item at the sale price since they didn’t have more of the item I wanted. He called over to the manager, named Jasmine (spelling unsure), and she snapped her head in our direction and with a major attitude said “No, absolutely not. If you only buy one, it’s full price. It’s 2 for $, not 1.” I said okay and walked out.
While, I understand that the sale price is for 2 items, they didn’t have another of the item I wanted. This has also happened several times during shopping experiences at other Walgreens in the area. Every other Walgreens has honored the sale price for the one item. It is not the consumers fault that the store does not have said item nor is it the staffs but is Walgreens really going to lose sleep over providing a customer with a $0.99 discount on one item? The attitude was unwarranted and completely unnecessary. Also, I worked in retail for over 10 years and at my company we would honor things like this for our customers. So while I am not upset about them not having the second item, I am absolutely appalled by the attitude from the manager at this store and it absolutely makes me not want to return (to any Walgreens for that matter) if that is how customers are going to be treated.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup this evening and was very pleased with the experience. The process was quick, efficient, and seamless. My order was ready on time, and the pickup was hassle-free. The two ladies at the register were kind and professional, which made the experience even better. I will definitely continue using the online ordering option in the future.

The lady at the counter was extremely rude. Ignored us the whole transaction and ripped up the receipt before I could even tell her I wanted it. I would of said something, but she was busy yelling to the delivery driver instead of talking to the customers right in front of her. Don't be in a customer service job if you can't do customer service!

This pharmacy is the best!! The whole team has always gone above and beyond to get my medications filled on time and explain any discrepancies with insurance. Super thankful that I found them!

This store accepts and scans Fed Ex packages. The associate had me drag 5 packages to the Fed Ex Lock box, instead of scanning them on the counter and carrying them herself. Who does that to a disabled, 75-year-old woman, who walks with a cane? She dropped 3 plastic packages, and failed to scan the right one, rescanning one she had already scanned. Now, there are issues with Fed Ex and one of my packages. I experienced gross negligence. These were returns for which I may not be credited for over $250. After 3 days, my packages made it no farther than Sparrows Point, MD, just 15 minutes away. I cannot recommend this Walgreens for their Fed Ex service.

This is the second store I placed an order for my photo book. I received an email confirmation my order was ready. My husband went to pick it up yesterday and the employee who he spoke with was extremely rude and disrespectful. He said my email was a computer error and NO Walgreens can print these photo books due to a change in the system. I found out that is completely false and was able to get the book from another Walgreens I ordered from. I understand this time of year is busy and chaotic for everyone, however, that does not excuse the rudeness given by this employee. My husband also informed me the store is trashed and we will most certainly not be going to this location again.

I usually go here instead of CVS across the street, but not anymore. Paid $50 for pictures I already picked up, my fault for not opening the folder to look at them, their fault for making a duplicate order. Had to go back and pay more for the ones I actually ordered. Nice lady working there but can’t help me return them, need to talk to Ken the manager, who’s not there. Ken works less hours than I do so I’ll never see him, left my name and number for a phone call. No phone call from Ken…
