The only reason I go here is because my Pharmacy is there. Any other reason I would never go there the manager there is a young kid who has no business being a manager until he gets off his high horse ? ????

First time Weiss shopper! Loved the store set up and cleanliness of the store. The staff on the aisle stocking were all friendly and eager to assist when I needed it. I'd like to thank Dave and Tyrone specifically for their outstanding assistance today! Kudos!!!I'd also like to suggest Evonne maybe work on her customer service skills as she was the least helpful and friendly associate I encountered today. After checking out with her I honestly left the store thinking I'd probably not return and then Tyrone showed up and helped me load my grocery with his pleasantdisposition ?

I've been going to this Weis for almost 10 years. At one point, it was my go-to grocery store because of the convenient location near Ritchie Hwy, however in recent years this location has gone down a bit. Their meat section is lacking and the seafood smell sometimes hits you in the face walking through the front door. Now, they have replaced all registers with self checkouts.

I wish I could give a 4.5 rating. I do my weekly shopping here and it's a great grocery shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've only seen one negative interraction, but that was between co-workers that was handled swiftly and professionally by the manager.The only real downside I have to the store is the layout. It's a little weird at first, but you'll get familiar with it over time.

Not one cashier willing to ring a customer up in this location. I walked up and all they have is self check out open. I said something to the 1 person monitoring all of the self Checkouts and she said no we don't Ring out the customers you have to. I'm sorry, I am a customer I should have the option of ringing myself out or having an employee ring me out, I am not a employee of weis supermarket. I am not receiving a paycheck. And I am not receiving a discount on my purchases. I was also told that the owner does not care what the customers think. Because the owner is a germaphobic and prefers his employees not to ring up the customers since COVID. I don't shop at Weis often and I will not be back.

I absolutely hate their self checkout system. I haven't been shopping there as much as I used to. Please bring back your cashiers. I won't shop there like I used to until you do

The staff goes way beyond friendly when it comes to helping me. The prices are decent. The store is always well-stocked. Their freshly fried chicken is the best anywhere.

There was a long gray or blonde hair in the chicken salad I recently purchased. I understand accidents happen but when you walk in and see the employees with no hair net or their hair hanging out of the hat… I can’t help but be frustrated that I wasted $8 because employees don’t take hair nets or hats seriously.

Was excited to be a new customer/member here until the horrible experience we had yesterday. Our number wasn’t going through even though (didn’t get any coupons we clipped) it’s attached to our account as shows on my app. When I settled with just using the 10% coupon (reason we spent as much a we did) we got for joining the cashier said it went through and I didn’t think to check. He was clearly just trying to get us out of the store as it did not go through either. Not even motivated to call customer service it was so bad. Just could never go back. Too much money lost.

The store is very clean, Well organized and labeled. They have a great selection and variety of food also the employees were very friendly and professional… However the downfall for me is the self checkout lines. As mentioned in other comments they’re no cashiers. I don’t understand why these big chain stores continue to do this, I hate self checkout unless it’s for a few small things. All I can think about is how do Elderly people and Disabled people do it themselves with big lists? Even as a normal functioning young person it takes awhile for myself. Please bring back cashiers.

The fruit are fresh and the amazing smells from the freshly cooked seafood are what keeps me coming back. Overall the store is clean & always stocked
