Slow and inefficient. Out of date technology and poor manager on duty.
The lack of updated ATMS leaves users required to fill out out of date paper work and endure elongated nonsense with no apologies or friendlessness behind the man behind the desk helping Danya try to process the small withdraw. Never seen a slower and unprofessional teller and manager combo.
The lack of explanation and the poor excuse that was 'unfounded' claim of a 'warning' on my account was news to me and didn't matter in the end of the transaction. Just a stupid excuse at why they took so long to process data. The white male manager in the glasses gave me a smug look and was disrespectful after explaining how I could have just stayed with BOA and used their ATMS with technology that allows you to take $10s from the ATM. In fact, even the WAWA I go does this and they're 99% faster and not filled with a sassy white 'manager' and a poorly trained Danya.

Always a good experience for things I need to do inside such as cashiers checks or using the internal atm for larger withdrawals. Friendly and quick service.

I have multiple great customer services experiences at the Wells Fargo in Pasadena, MD. I wish every Wells Fargo would follow this bank who stands out among all in Anne Arundel County.
I am an account holder and I wanted to open new accounts for my family members. Associates like Samantha, Lauren, Sarah provided exceptional service. There is a lot of documentation required but these associates made it super easy. Samantha and Michael explained the whole process so much in detail which usual folks ignore. There are perks that come with a bank account that usual folks dont know. I am thankful that the associates at this branch go above and beyond and take ample time to explain all benefits to the customers. I had gone to Wells Fargo branch in Severna Park located next to Kohls and the service of the associate over there was horrible. It feels good to be dealing with knowledgeable and compassionate associates/tellers of Pasadena branch.
Once again thanks a lot to Samantha, Sarah and Lauren. They will make your banking experience great.

Worst experience ever!!! I have been banking with this branch for years mind you. I walked in, there were zero, none, no other customers present in the bank when I arrived. I politely asked about finding a quarter for my dad, who is turning 70 this weekend, to complete a collection that he has been trying to complete and the two receptionist told me they could help. They began searching to find the one quarter that he was missing which I was very thankful for.
10 minutes passed still searching for the quarter, still no other customers. Then a branch manager, Cristina, came from the back and said they couldn’t do that. I asked the manager what she meant. She said that the receptionists can’t spend their time looking for one quarter when customers need to be waited on. THERE WERE NO CUSTOMERS!!! She then told me that I can buy rolls of quarters and look through them myself, and if I don’t find the one I’m looking for I can get my money back. She then tried to sell me $500 dollars worth of quarters!!! Is this a joke?!?
I’m beyond upset and disappointed right now, it was one quarter that I was looking for and I wanted to try to get it for my Dads 70th birthday! Good way to ruin a birthday Well’s Fargo manager!!!

Basically this bank sucks
so many time terrable experiance
with every different transection
they don't know what they are doing it.
every time when I go there nothing
is taking care of it the way suppose to be.
I have to closed my account with them after so many bad experiances.

Left work early so I could make it into the bank an hour before closing. Was trying to deposit a very large sum to open a new account. 4 bankers were at desks and as soon as they saw me, 3 got up and walked off. The poor man left at his desk obviously didn’t get the memo. Apparently 4:10pm is too late to open a new account. Apparently it takes 45 minutes to open and heaven forbid all employees don’t get to walk out at 5pm sharp to hit rush hour traffic. I called the manager and Mariah tells me to go ahead and open my account online. Could someone please tell me why you have a brick and mortar when I have to do my job and yours. I already lost wages from leaving work early and now I have to play banker when I get instead of the body sleeves who were there doing it while I was there. I think I’ll just put my money in Bank of America instead. Thanks for nothing Wells Far to Go.

Tried to deposit checks into a work account and was asked to wait while they verified the funds from certified checks. I have never had this happen but waited patiently; after 15-20 minutes I asked for the checks back. I went to another branch just now and they deposited immediately! Maybe they were having a bad day but I will never come into this branch again and that’s a shame because they never have much business and now I know why. Take your business to any other branch or bank but stay away from here.

Their ATM machine is either out of money or broken almost always. And when it is not there is a line that is longer then a line at the women’s bathroom during an intermission. I have been having to drive to the Severna Park ATM which is 30 min out of the way but that one is down now too.

This branch is amazing. I call for change and they are very helpful. With Covid restrictions they are limited staff but that's ok. They are super quick and friendly.

I have had multiple terrible experiences with this bank potentially stealing money from me. every time I’ve gone to this branch specifically there’s always money short than what I thought it was. One time I understand would be a mistake on my part the fact that it has been multiple times when I have counted the money myself three times I know it was not wrong. this place is terrible avoided at all costs
