But the vacuum people sometimes give me a hard time when I ask them not to move the drivers seat cause it’s broken ( only works when it wants to), but other then that, great place!!!”

“Fallston car wash is awesome. The wash card is worth it if you don't lose cards. You get extra money for reloading it. Only $1 for 4 minutes of the vacuum going. And the vacuums really do get the job done. I normally put $30 on my wash card and get a bonus of $6. For a card that has $36 on it, I ran the vacuum three times. Really only needed it twice but for good measure did three. Plus running through the automatic car wash for $14, I spend a total of $17 and my car is hair free and the outside looks great. I had one issue in the past and reached out to the owner via phone as he has his number posted for any issues and he texted me a free car wash code. I live just inside the city and will always make the drive to use this facility!”
“Reasonably priced. However, the owner-operator got irritated because I ran my bicycle through one of the manual stalls.
Couldn't justify why I couldn't hose my bicycle down. Wasn't muddy, dusty yes. No traffic is being held up. Not being a nuisance or a bother. Great way to lose four-wheeled traffic. Especially mine.”

“These people rock. I pay for a monthly subscription because I like the fact it's a touchless car wash (doesn't scratch your paint). I get my car washed like 4 times a month and totally worth it. The reason I write this review is because the automatic kiosk failed du to internet problems, but I called and they found my account and manually made sure I could go in. Never had a bad experience here!”

“It’s always a pleasure bringing my vehicle to Autobell. George, both Masons, Lloyd, and one of the female managers (I apologize for forgetting her name) consistently go above and beyond. There are also several other team members whose names I don’t know, but they all contribute to making every visit a great experience. My vehicle always leaves looking refreshed, spotless, and well cared for.
I was a little disappointed when the prices increased so significantly, but I never considered canceling my membership because of the team’s hard work, professionalism, and consistency. Great customer service is hard to find, and this location delivers it every time.
This is easily one of the best car washes around, and I’ll continue bringing my vehicle here because the quality of service and customer care make it worth it. Thank you all for your dedication and for consistently providing such excellent service. Keep up the great work!”
