Always get decent haircut until the last visit by Barb?… she doesn’t know how to cut hair, picked up the phone and did sign-in 4 times during my 15-20 min cut and lost where she did before she left.
Result my right side is thicker than left side and different style, when I told her she said looks same😳

Great cut by Isabelle !! She's knocked it out of the park since my 1st cut with her. I'm even able to just brush my hair and go. No need to always use the curling iron. THANKS Isabelle !!!!

Brenda was absolutely amazing!! She took the time to listen to what I actually wanted, to my concerns (starting to get that male-pattern baldness *crying*), and really worked with me to get my hair the way I wanted. I’ve never had anyone at a Great Clips take the extra care she did. THANK YOU!!!!

Isabel did a great job on cutting my hair. She did exactly what I wanted. Took the time to talk about what I wanted and made suggestions which was very helpful. It's my 2nd time getting my haircut by her and won't be the last. A+

Was shopping at the grocery store next door and swung in for a haircut.
I said the same thing I always do. “High and tight, skin the sides, 4 on top.” The barber indicated that she understood.
She immediately used a 1 guard for the top of my head, which essentially shaved it, which was absolutely not what I wanted and not what I asked for. I asked her what she was doing, and she said that I had told her I wanted a 1 guard for my head.
I am not kidding, she looked at me and said “that’s your fault, not mine.”
I mean, an apology and a refund would have gone a long way, but blaming me for your mistake is another way to go, I guess.
Also, the fade was possibly the worst fade I’d ever seen in my life. I don’t usually make absolute statements, but I am not kidding, I’d never seen worse.
Hair grows back and my dignity will recover. I won’t be back here. Do yourself a favor and go to the sport clips up the road.

My actual haircut experience was awesome as usual. Mel is amazing, personable, and has become a friend. However, store policy of not answering a phone when busy is horrible. It often takes 6-8 phone calls to find the schedule of my preferred stylist. Additionally, if the schedule were posted on line, or even a local social media site such as Facebook, it would be so much easier and more efficient. An online schedule could utilize the stylist 1st name or a name and fake ID number, without using a last name that would reveal personal information

I have had a mixed set of experiences here. Be careful if you have notes in the system. I should have checked what the notes said. The stylist cut about 8” off because we had different interpretations of the notes (my former bangs were supposed to be gradually worked into layers but this stylist cut to the length the bangs were and I didn’t realize until it was too late). I have a drastically different haircut than the previous stylist gave me. Just don’t try to take a shortcut by using the notes like I did.
