Pumps are old and often don’t work. Price of gas shot up in recent months. Normally bout 40 cents higher than other local stations.

For years now I have been going to this Highs for my vehicle gas needs. The area is always well lit and I feel safe while pumping my gas. I honestly don’t pay attention to the gas prices in relation to the other gas stations in the area. I go there because it is close to my house. I never have to wait to fill up my tank. When I'm with a relative and they go to costco for gas, we always have to wait to get gas. I know costco has the lowest priced, best quality gas, but it feels odd to me having to wait to get gas. Lately at Highs I noticed the pumps that I go to don’t print receipts and displays see clerk inside for receipt. I don't have time to do that so I leave without a receipt. One of the pumps I noticed that you have to hold the trigger the entire time that you pump gas because the clip that keeps it in place must be broken. Sometimes it seems like half of the gas pumps are not working. This highs is not perfect, but it serves my needs.

Paid for my gas at the pump and then it did not dispense any gas. Went inside and was told to go to a different pump and that they would refund me. They never refunded me, so I went back two days later and they refused to assist me with a refund or give me the gas I paid for.

None of the fuel pumps seemed to be working. The last one I tried clamped my card and froze. I hit the help button several times and went into the store to ask for help. The employees told me they couldn't help with that and then just ignored me.
The pump did finally release my card after like ten minutes but I had no idea what I was going to do if I couldn't get it out.

Worst Highs ever. If you want something, specific to Highs, that Highs produces, this place is guaranteed not to have it.

I asked the Cashier to give me bigger bills, for when I paid for fuel in cash. She said, it's her last 20, for customers.... apparently I was not one deserving, thanks for a handful of 5s...

Update 7/30/21: I had made a Google review after my tire popped and other issues of this convenience store. I was immediately contacted by a representative of High's and they corrected the problem and I now have a new respect for them! Thank you! I will be returning to your locations.7/12/21: This is a small convince store chain with a variety of items including ice cream. There was a peanut butter and apple snack that had peanut butter all over the outside and my bag of chex mix felt greasy on the outside. Additionally, there is a small alleyway on the side of this building that you can use to get to the front and the storm drain busted my tire. So this place is on my never come back list.

This is a small convince store chain with a variety of items including ice cream. There was a peanut butter and apple snack that had peanut butter all over the outside and my bag of chex mix felt greasy on the outside. Additionally, there is a small alleyway on the side of this building that you can use to get to the front and the storm drain busted my tire. So this place is on my never come back list.
