“Tamika at Towson is the best of the best for customer service. I have been using a cane because of foot surgery and I asked if I could push the shopping cart out to the mall door. It was difficult carrying a shopping bag with the cane. Tamika immediately said that an alarm would go off if I took the cart out of Nordstrom. She then , also immediately , offered to come with me and bring the cart back to the store. I have not seen customer service like this for a long time. Tamika made today a wonderful experience. Kudos to her and to the Nordstrom management for having such fine employees.”

“I recently moved to the area and needed to stick my kitchen, so I shopped here today. The store is very big and has basically everything you'd need. I came early so there were a lot of dollies being worked in the floor but that made the isles crowded and hard to move around. I was at the store for a while getting everything I needed and as more time passed it was even harder to move around. The cashier that checked me out was very fast and made the transaction easy. Overall, this is a good store. I give 4 stars because the prices were higher than I expected. Compared to where I'm from, everything in the store costs an extra $1.50. It's not a terrible mark up but I definitely spent more money than I feel I should have.”
“BoA is not my personal bank, but my employer holds a business account here. I've seen the negative reviews from other folks, but I have not experienced the long lines or slow service. In fact, they've been adequately staffed, and the tellers are friendly and professional.”

“Close to me, less than 2 miles, great area for atm but would be nice if nfcu build a full live bank in the white marsh town center area, in the vicinity. Great location with plenty of foot traffic and well known businesses. The next nearest live full nfcu is like 15 miles or so away from my apt”
