Very poor and rude customer service.
I went to do a drop off at the UPS store. The person at the counter did not say anything to me, scanned my barcode for the drop off, Then asked to scan the next one. After that, she said very short and rudely, the first one did not go through, that's why I asked to scan it again. I stated you didn't mention to scan it again, you asked to scan it. She gave me a dirty look, look down and did not speak to me afterwards. She could tell her I was upset with her customer service and gave me a smirk when she handed me the receipt.
As a previous business owner, I would definitely like to know if one of my employees was giving this type of service to a customer. Especially in this type of business where there are so many options for shipping.

Makes sense why they have low ratings. Went to return something that does not say u have to pack it. It jjst says take it and I paid for the printing label and says to use the qr code and ups will ship it. They said I have to pack it ...fine if my return process says so I would have. Also if that was the case you could.of sold me a go or large envelope of aome sort . Instead u just want to throw your sass around how cute and unhelpful.

I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to a different UPS store than this location. I have only used this location twice and both times had issues, both with Amazon returns. The first time the employee seemed so annoyed I was returning two things to Amazon he wouldn’t even speak to me. Today I went there with my returns and the employee claimed I couldn’t return my packages because I didn’t have them packaged in a “big enough box” he tried to sell me another box to put the already boxed item in….what?! He actually refused to take my returns. I drove 20 min to the fallston location and helpful employees there actually willingly took my Amazon returns. Very very poor customer service at the Perry hall Honeygo location

Do not use this ups. They steal on a regular basis. Very unprofessional and they need to be looked into by corporate. I will be writing several letters to higher ups about this location. Thieves!!! I repeat Do not use this location period!! They stole the package and the tracking says label created and waiting for package to be dropped off meanwhile the package was dropped off there and the label was created by their employee. Robbers. Ridiculous. They make you pay for them to steal so you loose all the way around. This location does not reach the standards held by UPS. This location needs to be investigated immediately!!!

On 5/25/24 around 1:30pm, UPS truck was blocking my car in the parking lot without a driver. Went into the store to ask to move, and they said he doesn't work for us and said I can go find him at Subway next door and ask myself! I told them he doesn't work for me, and why should I be searching for him when he's a driver of their company. They said it's a separate company and rather gave me an attitude for why I wouldn't just go look for him at Subway to ask. There were 3 employees, and one of them even gave me the dirtiest look.
There is no customer service, and employees don't care about how it may look for the company. They all work for UPS, and I hope UPS corporate will see this review, so they can train their employees to serve the customer above all. There was zero customer in the store. They could have just simply said "let me go find him for you" or something to show customer service. They all looked at me like 'not my problem' even if it's their company truck disabling someone from leaving

8 dollars for one piece of tape. Outrageous. Horrible experience. Not coming back. Can't believe they'd rather not charge a service fee but yet say "screw you" to the customer. If I asked for a chicken sandwich and was asked for an outrageous price I'd understand because it's not McDonald's. But asking 8 bucks for tape is equivalent to McDonald's charging 8 bucks for the damn wrapper they put the mc chicken in. ??. They need to rethink their business plan
Also. The workers were not helpful. Very quick to try to get rid of the line instead of giving me enough space to tape my package after spending 8 dollars

Horrible customer service! She made me drive home to retrieve a bag out of the trash only to come back to the store for her to say oops sorry it needs to be taped we stopped taping yesterday you see the sign! Umm I never come here before I just used this location because it’s on my way home. Well never again this woman was rude! I will forever stay faithful to my local store in Harford county !! They deserve 5 stars NOT this location!
