I waited in line for twenty minutes which was fine because first come first serve right? Wrong. Got sat in the chair and was told I would have to get out of the chair, get back in line and wait for the next stylist because I needed it washed and she couldn’t do it.That’s fine. Well the next stylist was available at that exact time. The lady who was SUPPOSED to cut my hair fails to let her know she won’t be doing my hair now, and allows her to take another customer. Goes to the kiosk and puts me back in line. Now I’m third in line when I should have been being taken care of because I was first. I walked out. What’s the point in having a waitlist of you don’t honor it?

Normally I don't write reviews, and I've always had good service with great clips but I am honestly not happy with this service. I asked for my layers to be cut even and my hair to have the dead ends cut, and there are parts that are uneven, and nothing is blended. I genuinely wanted to feel better physically and emotionally and I feel as if the lady who did my hair, rushed or didn't know what she was doing.. I didn't notice until I got home, which that is my fault on its own, but I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.

Last May, I got something that looked nothing like what I asked for (short bob, stacked in back), though the stylist insisted it did. By the fall, my hair had finally grown out enough for me to try again. A different stylist gave me the haircut that she thought would look good because she didn't like doing too many layers with fine hair. After years of being a regular customer, I'm done with this place.

Went to the same great clips as I always go for the last 3 years the girl was chit chatting with thr other stylist never separated my hair into parts didn't ask where I normally part it. Didn't rwallt.ask whatvi wanted just basicslly.went with what was inThe computer. I asked for 2in off and long layers. She straight cut it on the bottom even though I had long layers I. That needed to be trimmed. I will prob never go back there again. She also put so much leave in co dictionary I. I had to go home and wash it all out. Maybe she was new but that unacceptable now I'm stuck with this crappy haircut for weeks. Long in front and back and short in the middle.
